I need help canceling a bid that was placed by mistake. I immediately notified the seller, but the Help Center keeps sending me in circles with no way to contact support. I've been an eBay customer for over a decade and have never had an issue like this. Could someone please help?

eBay authentication needs serious improvement for Vintage luxury goods. While my item was determined to be authentic, eBay authentication found "minor issues" stating: 1) That there are more scuffs and scratches described or shown in the listing. 2) There are more spots and stains than shown or described in the listing. This is despite the fact the listing clearly states "“Scuffs on exterior leather surfaces. Inside lining has minor wear. Hardware has light wear. See photos.” and there are photos of the scuffs in the photo listing. Every scuff, scratch, and imperfection visible on the purse is already shown in the listing photographs. On a 1970s Vintage luxury purse (56 years old), this type of surface wear is expected, disclosed, and fully documented. Treating disclosed and photographed condition as an undisclosed defect is an incorrect and overzealous evaluation that ignores the reality of vintage leather goods. More critically, a stain now appears on the front of the purse that did not exist in either the listing photographs or the more than 150 photographs taken during the packing process immediately prior to shipment to the authenticator. eBay REALLY needs to improve their authentication and evaluation process for vintage luxury goods. They also need to account for the damage they have done to my very expensive luxury vintage purse.

@RobGronkowski DO NOT BUY FROM Ebay. They enable seller scams. I was scamed by a seller that a exploited an automated delivery confirmation by using recycled or fraudulent tracking numbers matching a my zip code. Ebay automated systems see "delivered" and cs will close cases in the seller's.
