Rarest accent I've come across was an Asian man with a heavy Southern Irish brogue in Wales. Extra points are awarded if the ethnicity, accent, and location are all far from each other. A black man with a Japanese accent, speaking English in Spain, would be worth far more than a black man in Japan with it. Still after a White guy with an Asian accent, speaking English. Have only seen videos.
