Thing is Donna I'm not joking, I was a site manager for a large construction company and had placed an ad for a brickie, this guy turned up and it was obvious within minutes he was clueless, I called the job centre to be told "he's fully qualified, he's done a 6 week course"!

Who the hell taught him to build a wall like that. My Dad was a bricklayer and he would have had a good laugh at this.
