If you spell out the question like that you mislead the audience. It should read as, “There are 30 cows and 20 ate chickens. How many didn’t”

How TF did she get 10, though? I was thinking 2 because 30 - 28 = 2 "Chicken" in the context would be a verb meaning to run or chicken out. Don't know how TF she got 10.
