Brain totally fried, legs split wide, and taking the whole heavy stretch without a fight. Loved getting thrashed, opened up, and left completely undone under his weight. 💥💦 #gayro #gayromania #tarfa #slut #gayff #gayfisting #mancunt #holetraining #fisting #poppers

The best exercise for the brain you’ve probably never seen. According to Michael J. Lavery’s book “Whole Brain Power”, using a 4-pound sledge hammer to bounce a golf ball up and down dramatically amplifies both your neurological and physical demands Massive Central Nervous System (CNS) Activation The sheer weight of a 4-lb sledge forces the CNS to fire at a much higher intensity. To keep a lively golf ball bouncing on a heavy, rigid piece of steel, your brain has to send incredibly powerful, rapid-fire signals to your muscles. This level of resistance forces maximum motor unit recruitment, teaching your nervous system to fire more efficiently under tension. Elite Grip and Forearm Strength Lavery heavily emphasizes the link between hand/grip strength and brain health, viewing the hands as the direct external extension of the central nervous system. Bouncing a ball requires a loose, reactive wrist to absorb and redirect impact, but holding a 4-lb hammer requires immense isometric grip strength. Managing that weight leverages extreme stress onto the forearms, wrists, and fingers, building dense, functional grip strength that standard lifting rarely touches. Accelerated Neuroplasticity via Forced Focus With a light hammer, you can cheat the movement or rely on casual reflexes. With a 4-lb sledge, there is zero room for error. The high penalty for a missed bounce (the heavy hammer dropping or completely throwing off your rhythm) forces the brain into a state of hyper-vigilance and deep cognitive focus. This intense concentration triggers a higher release of acetylcholine and dopamine, the exact neurotransmitters required to stimulate neuroplasticity and forge new neural pathways. Overcoming Hemispheric Dominance (Ambidexterity) When you transition the 4-lb sledge to your non-dominant hand, the challenge scales exponentially. Because the non-dominant hemisphere of your brain isn't used to managing that much weight combined with fine motor precision, the drill forces rapid communication across the corpus callosum (the bridge connecting the left and right sides of the brain). It quickly exposes and corrects deep-seated muscular and neurological imbalances between your two sides. Cortical Mapping and Joint Stability Holding a heavy weight at the end of a lever arm requires all the stabilizing micro-muscles in your wrist, elbow, and shoulder rotator cuff to fire simultaneously. This builds incredible joint integrity while expanding your brain’s "cortical map"—its internal blueprint of where your body is in space (proprioception). Benefits: - Maximum Central Nervous System Recruitment - Dense Grip and Forearm Strength - Forced Cognitive Focus & Neuroplasticity - Rapid Dual-Hemisphere Brain Activation - Enhanced Proprioception & Joint Integrity - Growth Hormone (GH) and Testosterone - “ Fountain of Youth" Endorphins - Dopamine and Acetylcholine - Insulin Sensitivity and Blood Sugar Regulation

For eighteen months, a giant dog held out his toy to every visitor at the shelter, foolishly hoping that someone would finally take him home. Everyone passed by without stopping, until the morning a sixty-nine-year-old woman arrived to drop off some old blankets. Barnabé was a fifty-kilogram Saint Bernard with a brown and white coat, paws as wide as a bear's, and eyes of infinite softness. In a shelter, eighteen months felt like an eternity. His family had abandoned him after moving away, claiming he took up too much space. Every morning, as soon as the doors opened, Barnabé would pick up an old blue rubber bone in his mouth and sit near the gate. He would push his treasure through the bars, as if offering a gift and saying, "Look, I'm a good dog, take me with you." But people only saw a cumbersome colossus and kept walking. Barnabé would then put his bone down, retreat to the back of his enclosure, and press his head against the wall for a long time in a heavy silence. Chloé, a caregiver at the shelter, felt her heart break every time she witnessed this scene. That day, the entrance bell rang around ten o'clock. A woman stepped inside with a pile of worn-out blankets in her arms. At sixty-nine years old, she wore a gray coat and walked slightly hunched, carrying an invisible sadness on her shoulders. "I brought these," she murmured in a trembling voice. "My husband always said we should support animals. I thought they would be useful." Chloé thanked her and suggested a walk down the aisles. The woman hesitated, then accepted with a fragile smile. She stopped in front of each gate, taking her time. Then, she arrived in front of Barnabé. The large dog stood up with his blue bone, his tail wagging gently. But as he locked eyes with this woman—whose name was Béatrice—something unprecedented happened. Béatrice stared back deeply, without rushing. Barnabé then dropped his toy to the ground. For the first time in eighteen months, he abandoned his bone. He pressed himself against the bars and simply watched her. When the shelter staff opened the gate, Barnabé walked out without jumping or barking. He approached her and sat directly on her shoes, leaning his entire weight against her legs before resting his heavy head on her lap. He let out a huge sigh, summing up a year and a half of loneliness. Béatrice gently ran her fingers through his fur. "My husband passed away last autumn," she confided, her eyes filled with memories. "After forty-seven years together, the house became terribly silent." Barnabé pressed his head a little harder, offering a comforting presence to this shared grief. Béatrice looked at the colossus: "He knows what waiting means. Real waiting. The kind that hurts. My house is too big for me alone, but it will be perfect for the two of us." The adoption paperwork was settled very quickly. Barnabé never left Béatrice's side again. As they left, he cast one last grateful glance down the hallway. A few weeks later, Chloé received a letter written in green ink. Béatrice told her about their daily routine: walks under the rose bushes in the garden, the joyful thud of Barnabé's tail hitting the floor when they woke up, and the end of the great silence. The blue bone now rested on the fireplace mantle, a simple keepsake of the past. Today, Barnabé no longer holds out a toy or presses his head against the walls. He sleeps peacefully in the shade of the flowers, beside a watchful presence. He no longer needs to prove his worth: he has finally found someone who stopped to truly see him.

#EGOFILMSTUDY - I actually have said this for awhile now but I think Ryan Garcia's Instagram fame has resulted in some developmental issues with his fight style a.k.a. FLAWS. Doing the Instagram videos is for flash you just have to look good or fast, but as you see in the first video it seems Ryan is focused more on the speed and power aspect as opposed to the fundamentals. Ryan also pulls back which is not seamless and any subtle movement could indicate your opponents intent to throw. Think Basketball, Steph Curry pulls up to the three point line and you don't know if he's gonna pull up and shoot or drive to the basket for a layup. So an athlete must not telegraph there moves, have the ultimate poker face to keep your opponent guessing and on edge, pins and needles at all times. Ryan then Drops both hands, preparing to load up and throw leaving his face completely open and exposed. Second clips from the Gervonta fight, Ryan Garcia LOOPS a Left Hook wide and misses. Gervonta easily slips underneath, Gervonta feet planted in a position to throw with great balance and eye coordination, returns fire with a punishing OVERHAND LEFT as Ryan Garcia's face again left completely opened. Ryan needs to learn to use that speed to always resume the original positioning when you make a mistake or miss and winging shot. Like they always say "YOU REACH, I TEACH" that's exactly what Gervonta Davis did. Like Floyd Mayweather says "If you make a mistake, you gotta pay" which also shows Gervonta's maturity and RING IQ as a fighter. Tank was always in the position to throw or counter with great balance and great eyes, constantly switched on. A great fighter can capitalize on your mistakes, whereas Ryan fighting lesser comp, couldn't. I think Ryan Garcia is a talented young fighter given his NATURAL ATTRIBUTES, SPEED AND POWER are already there and polished. Garcia should learn from this L to Tank and go back to the drawing board and work solely on fundamentals. #EGO

🚨WOW!!! A stranger dropped two brothers, 14 and 12, at a man's door and LEFT, he barely knew them. He could've said no... instead he's spent a YEAR AND A HALF raising them, even without running water or power, just so these brothers would NEVER be split up. Now America has raised him $15,000 and got his water and electricity turned BACK ON!!!! ❤️ His name is Sam Restifo, from Saginaw, Michigan. Back in February 2025, a woman Sam hardly knew dropped off two boys at his home and left them in his care. Most people would've called someone and made it somebody else's problem. Sam took them in. ...and it has NOT been easy. These boys had almost no family support and they were terrified of one thing above all else: being separated from each other if they got put into the foster care system. As Sam put it: "They have no one but each other, and me." So he made them a promise he would do everything he could to keep them together... and he kept that promise. For a long stretch, the three of them were living in a home with no running water and te electricity had been shut off. Sam was keeping the lights on with a GENERATOR. He couldn't even enroll the boys in school for the new year, because he didn't have legal guardianship. But through all of it, he just kept showing up, day after day, for two boys who weren't even his. Then a news station shared their story. And America did what America does... Strangers who had never met Sam or these boys, people from all across the country, started stepping up. A GoFundMe blew past $15,000. And almost overnight, everything started to change. The water is getting turned back on. The power is coming back. Sam is working to get the boys enrolled and back in school... and he's getting them something they badly needed: "We are going to get them a whole bunch of clothes and shoes." There's even renewed interest in his gutter business, a real shot at building a stable future for all 3 of them. The money is also helping Sam do the most important thing of all: work toward becoming these boys' legal guardian, so no one can ever split them up. When asked what he thought of people calling him a hero for helping the boys, he simply replied: "I think they have helped me as much as I have helped them." GOD BLESS Sam Restifo. THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Case File - The Train Track Killer Exhibit No - 612 Jackson was a 21-year-old cocky Iowa jock, the kind of guy who knew exactly how good he looked and loved making sure everyone else did too. Tall, broad-shouldered, with sun-kissed skin stretched tight over hard-earned muscle. That night he showed up to the house party in tight, frayed denim shorts that barely reached mid-thigh, showing off his powerful legs, and an open flannel shirt that hung loose over his sculpted chest and abs. Every time he moved, the fabric shifted, giving teasing glimpses of his toned body. He drank hard, flirted harder, and soaked up the attention as girls (and a few guys) openly stared, complimented, and touched his arms, chest, and abs. Jackson just smirked, flexing subtly, loving every second. As the hours passed, the drinks kept coming. By the end of the night, Jackson was heavily intoxicated—laughing too loud, stumbling slightly, that cocky confidence now sloppy and unguarded. He realized too late that he’d lost his phone. No Uber. So he started walking home along the quiet rural road, the cool night air doing little to sober him up. He weaved unsteadily, muttering to himself, his muscular legs struggling to stay straight. Unbeknownst to him, the Train Track Killer was out driving that night. He wasn’t actively hunting, but when his headlights caught the stumbling, barely-dressed jock with that perfect body on full display, he couldn’t resist. Opportunity like this didn’t come often. The killer pulled up slowly beside him, window down, voice full of fake concern: “You okay, man? Looking a little rough. Need a ride?” Drunk and arrogant, Jackson laughed. “What, you just wanna stare at this body too?” he slurred, flexing his chest playfully. He climbed in anyway, completely unaware how true his joke was. During the ride, Jackson wouldn’t shut up—bragging about how the girls at the party were all over him, how they couldn’t keep their hands off his “sexy fucking abs and legs.” He kept touching himself absentmindedly as he talked, completely oblivious. Then, with a cocky grin, he joked, “You’re not some serial killer, are you?” The driver glanced over calmly. “Actually… I am.” Jackson burst out laughing. “Good one, dude. You’re a joker.” Without warning, the killer plunged a syringe deep into Jackson’s neck. The jock’s eyes widened in shock, his strong body jerking once before going limp as the drug took hold. The killer smiled, one hand sliding over Jackson’s warm, firm chest and abs as he drove the rest of the way home, savoring his prize. Back at his isolated house, the killer dragged the unconscious hunk inside, stripped him down to just his tight underwear, and tightly restrained him to a sturdy chair—arms behind his back, legs spread. When Jackson finally woke up groggy and disoriented, the taunting began. The killer circled him slowly, hands roaming freely over every inch of that perfect athletic body. “All that cockiness… and now you’re mine.” Jackson struggled, panicked, but it was useless. The strangling was slow and intimate. The killer’s hands tightened around the jock’s thick neck while continuing to touch and fondle him. Jackson’s muscular body bucked and flexed desperately against the ropes until his strength finally faded. Even after death, the killer wasn’t done—fondling, kissing, fucking, and using the still-warm body before finally disposing of it. Jackson’s corpse was dumped near the railroad tracks, left to decompose for six long days under the summer sun before anyone found what remained. #serialkiller #aigenerated #fiction

Eight people locked themselves inside a massive glass bubble in the desert, intending to survive completely isolated from the outside world for two years. I took this video at the Cloud Forest dome in Singapore. Looking up at that massive climate-controlled ecosystem under glass, I cannot help but think of the 1991 Biosphere 2 project. It was a fully enclosed replica of Earth built in the US to test if humans could colonize other planets. The 12,000-square-metre terrarium contained a miniature rainforest, a savanna, a desert, and even a tiny ocean with a living coral reef. For the first few months, the crew of four men and four women grew their own food and recycled their air and water. Then the ecosystem started to go rogue. The designers forgot to account for wind. Without wind to provide physical stress, the trees inside the dome grew rapidly but failed to develop strong wood. They simply collapsed under their own weight. Then the pollinating insects vanished. The crew had to painstakingly pollinate their crops by hand just to grow food. Swarms of cockroaches and crazy ants thrived and completely took over the agricultural zone. The structure itself started working against them. The exposed concrete walls were secretly absorbing oxygen from the air. The breathable oxygen dropped so low that it felt like living at an altitude of 4,000 metres. The crew developed sleep apnea and found themselves gasping for breath at night. They were also constantly hungry. Their main crops failed, and they had to eat so many sweet potatoes that their skin actually started turning orange. The intense hunger and thin air fractured the group. The eight people split into two bitter factions that completely stopped speaking to each other. They would walk past one another in the narrow corridors in total silence. Despite gasping for air, losing an average of sixteen percent of their body weight, and completely despising each other, they refused to quit. They continued to work the farm and maintain the life support systems. When the heavy airlock doors finally opened exactly two years later in 1993, all eight of them walked out together. Today, the massive glass structure is run by a university. It serves as the largest earth science laboratory in the world, where researchers study how real forests react to changing temperatures.

Bill Maher says he RESPECTS President Trump for trying to block him from getting the Mark Twain Prize. Maher then delivered an EPIC, nearly minute-long readout of his favorite Trump insults. His audience loved every second of this. MAHER: “And I’m not mad that he did this.” “You know what, me and the president, we have a complicated relationship.” [Laughter] “Goes back to the orangutan lawsuit. This has been going on a long time.” “So him trying to block me from getting it, I respect the move. I respect the move.” “Keep the game going, baby, okay?” “I’m all about engagement. Disengagement gets you nothing. You got to engage.” “So even though I see that we are back to him calling me a jerk and a light weight ratings loser…get it off your chest, big man, okay?” “I’m totally fine with it. I was proud of these last insults you gave me.” “I added them to the list of insults that I brought to the White House that you signed, graciously when I was there, yeah.” [Applause] “So I would just like to say, as a low ratings lightweight and a rather dumb guy and a pathetic, bloated sleaze bag, a dummy, a terrible student, a nervous failing comedian, and someone who was sick, insane, very sad, totally shot, and a crazy maniac…” “I am honored to accept the Mark Twain award.” “Thank you very much.” “I will be there, Don, and I hope you will be, too.” “I mean, the place is named after you now. You really should show up. You could show up.” “You could thank me in person for being one of the few people on the lunatic left who’s glad you hit Iran and is hoping we win that one!”

Reza Pahlavi, for all intents and purposes, does not owe us anything. His family built Iran from zero. When I say zero, I mean zero. A weak, fragmented Qajar state, one in which women could not leave the house without a man. One in which Iran’s internal affairs were completely controlled by outsiders. One in which foreign armies seized our lands to feed their troops while half our population died of famine. A country without an army, without national infrastructure, without sovereignty over its own resources. And I can go on, and on, and on. In return, we Iranians repaid their blood, sweat, and tears with one of the greatest treacheries imaginable in modern history. His grandfather, arguably one of the greatest men in Iran’s history, his tomb was levelled to the ground. His father was forced to leave the country he loved more than anything in the world. One could say it was not his illness that killed him, but the knife we put in his back, the betrayal of a nation he had dedicated his life to. Reza Pahlavi’s friends and family who remained in Iran were murdered, one by one, at the hands of the regime WE enabled. An entire generation around him was hunted, imprisoned, executed, or driven into exile. His sister and brother, unable to bear the weight of exile and the destruction of everything they had known, took their own lives. Reza Pahlavi has the money. He could have chosen a quiet life, a life of comfort and distance, far from the insults, the threats, the endless character assassination. Instead of spending more than four decades on this path, he could have lived for himself and his family, free of this burden. Instead, he chose responsibility. He chose to stand for the very people who betrayed his family and became the cause of so much suffering in his life. What does he ask in return? Nothing. No throne has been demanded. No position imposed. He has asked only for a national process in which the Iranian people themselves decide their future. He has anchored that path in clear principles, precisely to prevent Iran from falling once again into chaos, fragmentation, and revenge. Yet even for that, he is criticised by so-called “Iran expert” podcasters who have never carried the weight of a nation on their shoulders, who say, “He does not want to lead,” “He is not your guy.” All while he and his family live under constant attacks, threats, and scrutiny on a daily basis. Despite all of that, his love for his people and his land overrides everything. He continues to fight for us. I want to say we have done nothing to deserve it, but the people of Iran have proven otherwise in these past weeks. They are no longer blinded by decades of propaganda. They are revisiting their history. They are correcting the lies they were raised with. They are openly calling his name in the streets, knowing the price that must be paid for it. They are awake to the mistakes of past generations, and they have reached out their hand to him. And he, despite everything, has taken that hand.

Urgent Lifesaving Appeal: Help Save My Brother, Ahmad Rasheed, from Aggressive Facial Cancer Dear Nigerians, I am writing to you today completely heartbroken, but desperate to save my brother’s life. My brother, Ahmad Rasheed Iyanda, is fighting a horrific and aggressive battle against a rapidly growing facial cancer, and we urgently need your help. If you look at his before and after pictures, you can see the devastating toll this disease has taken on him. What is even more terrifying is how innocently this nightmare began. It started over two years ago with something as simple as a sharp toothache after eating a peanut. We thought it was a minor dental issue. A small, pea-sized swelling appeared, but instead of going away, it began to grow at an alarming rate. After enduring countless tests, biopsies, and scans at multiple hospitals, including the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), we received his diagnosis: Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the Maxillary Antrum—a severe and aggressive form of sinus cancer. Despite our family's best efforts to get him care over the last couple of years, the tumor has grown relentlessly. His most recent CT scans from late 2025 show just how critical his situation has become: Massive Tumor Growth: The tumor has grown to nearly 10 centimeters in size on the right side of his face. Bone Destruction: The mass is so aggressive that it has eroded and destroyed the bones of his upper jaw, his cheekbone, and the walls of his right eye socket. Vision and Breathing Impact: The tumor is physically displacing his right eye outward (proptosis) and has grown into his nasal cavity, severely narrowing his airway and making it difficult to breathe. Critical Emergency: The most terrifying finding from his latest scan is that the cancer has destroyed his frontal bone and is showing early extension into his brain. Ahmad is in unimaginable pain, and time is no longer on our side. The cancer is literally inches away from causing irreversible brain damage or worse. He desperately needs extensive, complex surgery to remove this massive tumor, followed by rigorous cancer treatments. The financial weight of these procedures, continuous scans, and specialized care has completely overwhelmed our family. We have exhausted our resources trying to keep him alive up to this point. He cannot fight this alone, and we cannot save him without your help. We are humbly begging for your assistance. Every single Naira and every share matters. Your donation will go directly toward the immediate, life-saving surgery he needs to stop this cancer from advancing further into his brain. Please help us with donations Iyanda Ahmad 0017461696 Jaiz Bank Please, share and repost this on your pages, in your groups, and with your friends. The more people who see this, the better his chances. Please don't forget to keep Ahmad Rasheed in your thoughts and prayers. He is fighting with everything he has, and your spiritual support gives us hope. For inquiries and more clarity on his case, reach him here (08054839066) (08033652195) My number too (07034331253)

Trevor Wittman explains the key adjustments that helped Justin Gaethje find success against Ilia. Justin Gaethje: “People don’t understand how athletic I am.” “I think that surprises almost every opponent I fight.” “They don’t expect how explosive, twitchy, and herky-jerky I can be.” “That’s probably my biggest asset.” Joe Rogan: “Why would people still be surprised by that at this stage?” Justin Gaethje: “Because it doesn’t always look like that.” “A lot of people were judging me off the Paddy fight.” “But that fight was all about the game plan.” Trevor Wittman: “Against Paddy, everything was designed to be chaotic.” “We wanted to keep him inside our loop.” “If you throw straight shots at Paddy, he pulls way back with his upper body.” “So Justin was throwing wider shots and uppercuts from the outside.” “This fight with Ilia was completely different.” “We needed to stay tight.” “We needed to step outside his back foot and attack from angles.” “The key was getting Justin’s lead foot outside Ilia’s rear foot.” Joe Rogan: “That right hand was a giant moment in the fight.” “The sound of it was crazy.” Trevor Wittman : “Watch the footwork.” “Justin keeps moving left until he gets outside that rear foot.” “Once he got there, the right hand opened up.” “Ilia has a great shoulder tuck, so you can’t attack him straight on.” “You have to create that angle first.” Justin Gaethje : “One thing we talked about was never moving backwards to the left.” “That’s where Ilia is most dangerous.” “He closes distance incredibly fast.” “If you get square there, he’ll make you pay.”
