No. This guy is a tw@t. Our senses are capped by the frequencies they can detect. Everything else is off radar. Our brains aren't influencing it. They are detecting parts of it. Most of 'IT' is outside our detection capabilites.

It's perceived time that means another beings probably don't even see us to begin with so it make it impossible really for aliens to even see us cuz they see in a different timeline than us

Think of it like water, in phases. Matter is crystallized light. Light energy is different between gamma and radio waves just like water is different between hot and cold.

That means who ever can slow down particles consciously more than the average human determines the consciousness level? Its directly linked with time meaning that every one perceives time at different rate? Is that why clocks really exist
