Thats an awful decision. Look at the replay and you can see Kevin's thigh makes contact with Saka before the ball, so he's gone through Saka first which invalidates the contact on the ball. Secondly, it's not a clear and obvious error so VAR shouldn't be involved

Watch Carr get on his heels after the off ball from Toure thinking Lipsey is coming directly at him and going to try and maneuver around him. Jefferson then moves forward while his defender does not have eyes on ball and can’t see what’s going on. Meanwhile for Momcilovic his defender is stuck on him on the other side of the court so he has no chance to make a play on Heise’s full court pass. The delivery from Heise and the throw down from Lipsey. Good stuff from the Clones.
