Brandon Webb That guy rocked.

Insane dominance in the mid/late-2000s Careered ended too soon

@ThatGuyRocked A remarkable 3 year run that featured a CY Young award, and two top 2 finishes, then it ended as fast it started, baseball is a cruel sport

Brandon Webb Tim Lincecum Sandy Koufax The “what if they never got injured” club.

He was dominant. His career was cut short from injuries but there was good reason he won the '06 Cy Young. He featured a heavy sinker, curve and nasty changeup

One of the biggest baseball “what-ifs”. Watching him pitch, I was sure he was going to be in the HOF convo putting up a career similar to guys like Grienke or Kevin Brown.

He was HOF bound and then it was over

@ThatGuyRocked Ground ball king. He was awesome.

He was THAT close to being a 3-peat Cy Young winner 😮‍💨

Closest dude Ive seen to look like Greg Maddox.

@ThatGuyRocked he sure fuckin did

Brandon Webb was insanely good..

@bretthansen5 There’s a dude that did his PFP …

Injury prone got a huge contract and never delivered if we’re being honest sat at home for 3-4 years collecting a paycheck

@ThatGuyRocked Hoss

The first autograph my pops got me as a kid was Webb. Still hanging in the crib 💯

@GoldyHappens Diamondbacks in purple - those jerseys rocked

Back when 90-92 was top MPH for most pitchers

@GoldyHappens Filthiest sinker I’ve seen in my lifetime

I hate injuries

Quality.

Him and Dan Haren. Haren is vastly underrated.

Heaviest sinker ball I've ever seen thrown
