Steam is having some issues, hopefully they'll be resolved soon so you can buy, download and play too!

For the Steam store, it looks like the page is up, but you can't find it by browsing for the game. You should be able to buy it and then download it by going to the direct link. For now this is a workaround, hopefully it gets fixed soon!
