Just out of curiosity, are u really recruiting high school kids that throw low 80’s if they are 6’2 or so in a world where 32-34 roster spots are all u have and the transfer portal has hundreds of kids that throw harder with numbers and have proven themselves?

Coach, not enough coaches are thinking like you. They can either project nor develop. They want a finished product and they don’t care how that product looks. Why do we not have coaches like you still out there? Is it laziness, is it ignorance, is it lack of Experience?
