Breakfast being called the “most important meal of the day” might just be the biggest lie we’ve all believed. 🍳🤔

Biggest lie ,,Breakfast is the most important meal of the day'' People don’t need breakfast because your body can run perfectly well on stored energy, and hunger—not the clock—is the real signal to eat.

There's an Indian humor abt this: God Shiva sent a commandment thro his messenger Nandi tht humans to bathe 3 times & eat 1 time a day. Nandi mixed up the msg and conveyed that humans to eat 3 times & bathe 1 time a day. And from then on humans started eating thrice a day.🙂

I’ve known this for years. It clicked for me after Food, Inc., Robert Kenner’s 2008 documentary, a real eye-opener. There’s now a sequel, Food, Inc. 2, which premiered in 2023. Food is one of the world’s biggest industries, and when big corporations dominate the supply chain, you can assume there’ll be bad actors too. For most of us, cooking fresh at home is still the healthiest, safest way to take control of your health. We need to create more awareness around this.

Humanity has been completely domesticated to increase the power and wealth of a handful of people. Breakfast (actually our entire daily routine) is, like the winter-summer time change twice a year, an inhumane invention

Ayurveda, Vedic science, recommends two main meals for most healthy people • Heaviest meal around midday (when digestive fire peaks, ~10 AM–2 PM). • Lighter evening meal before sunset. Two times have been appointed by the deities for human beings to take their food, viz., morning and evening. During the interval one should not eat anything. By following this rule… one is said to observe a fast. Eating outside these appointed times was discouraged, and the interval between meals was seen as a form of disciplined “fasting.” And we all know how fasting helps to recover your body from diseases.

Ancient rhythms speak louder than industry schedules. Our ancestors ate with the sun's patterns, not clocks. The body remembers this dance—fasting as restoration, feasting as celebration. Modern three-meal programming overrides millennia of metabolic wisdom.

Everything boils down to money. The fiat currency we use was designed by business men to create debt, inflation, and interest to control the masses. All commercials sell emotion, not what the product does, it's a science. This is the society we live in. Everything is a lie.

Prophet Moses asked his companion (mentioned in Quran) that bring our breakfast (carrying a fish in basket during their Voyage in search for wisdom from Prophet Khizar).... So breakfast is not invention!!!

Every generation and their theories. 😂 Our generation is still worse off than the previous generation...in terms of health (mental, emotional and physical health). Is it best to stick to the oldies method than the current ones? 🩵🥂

It’s true that “breakfast” as a concept has changed over time — but one interesting detail from long‑term weight‑maintenance research is that most people who successfully keep weight off do eat breakfast consistently. In the National Weight Control Registry, one of the common habits among participants who maintained a significant weight loss for 5–10+ years was a stable morning routine that included breakfast. Not because breakfast is “magic,” but because: • It helps regulate appetite later in the day • It stabilizes energy levels and meal patterns • It reduces the likelihood of overeating at night For me personally, breakfast has also become one of the habits that keeps my weight stable. I never skip it, and I eat a simple high‑protein meal every morning. It gives me structure and prevents mid‑morning hunger, which makes the rest of the day easier to manage. So yes — breakfast may have been “invented,” but the habit plays a real role for many people who maintain long‑term results. Not because of tradition, but because of consistency. #Nutrition #Habits #WeightLossMaintenance #NWCR

This is the stupidest analysis, how to compare the primitive way of life of our ancestors with modern life? This woman really does look like a pre-10th century BC fruit picker.

That may be true for older people, but for younger ones, like students, breakfast is essential to help them concentrate. It’s hard to study on an empty stomach.

I believe in fasting but please don't compare with 1800... Late 1800s (approx. 1870–1900): Life expectancy was very low (roughly 40 years) Today (approx. 2023): Life expectancy is ~78.4 years.
