Now that Chuck Schumer and the Democrats have shut down the government, we’re seeing what they were trying to hide. Programs like food stamps are being abused and blue state governors are helping illegal immigrants access benefits that they’re not entitled to under federal law. When President Trump tried to require states to verify immigration status for SNAP recipients, liberal Attorneys General actually sued to stop him. Think about that they sued to protect illegal benefits. Texans shouldn’t have to pay for that.
