According to the affidavit, Becker met the victim through online video gaming with her brother. Becker stated that he was in a relationship with the victim, calling her his girlfriend. On July 21, 2026, the victim’s brother reported her missing and gave the tip that he believed she was with Becker in Polk City. On the same day the call was received, PCSO deputies made contact with Becker and the victim at his residence. Becker admitted to knowing she was underage but stated that he loved her, and that is why he did it. He also admitted to having sexual intercourse with her at least three times. The victim stated she did not tell her mother where she was going for fear of her being upset. Her family believed she was still in Pennsylvania staying at a friend’s house.
