Todd Blanche said they wrote the order to follow the Supreme Court’s June ruling. This judge still shut it down. Fine. Appeal it. Take it back to the Supreme Court. The question is simple. Did the 14th Amendment mean automatic citizenship for every child born here no matter how the parents got here? The Framers did not write an open invitation for birth tourism and illegal entry. One district judge does not get the last word. Keep fighting!!
