BREAKING: A Federal judge has just BLOCKED Trump's executive order to shut down the Education Department. The judge has also ordered the agency to reinstate fired employees. Linda McMahon is not succeeding in dumbing down America. THANK GOD!

Of course a federal judge blocked it... the deep state protects its own. The Department of Education has become a leftist indoctrination machine. President Trump is trying to return control to parents and local communities. That’s not dumbing down, that’s waking up.

Judges are not “the deep state”. Get out of your echo chamber.

"The Democratic Party's actions had left many U.S. citizens feeling humiliated. Signs of a Trump victory were proclaimed well before Biden withdrew from the race. The voters had had enough." 📝 @KarinaLMariani

The Judge should be impeached before he disagrees with Trump.

No. Trump should be.

Ignore it. These judges are working for the democrats. Just ignore all of them

Breaking: The little liberal twatwaffle with a dash of dipshidiot making this post buys PORN domains. Not just any PORN domains - TEEN PORN domains. No matter what your politics are don’t be like this MORON.

We're just going to ignore the Judge so who cares?

Activist judges weren’t elected. America voted for what it wanted.

The federal judiciary’s interference in executive branch restructuring is a textbook example of activist overreach. The Education Department’s bloated bureaucracy has long prioritized administrative bloat over student outcomes, with billions wasted on redundant programs and compliance mandates. This ruling undermines efforts to streamline ineffective agencies, forcing taxpayers to fund a system that fails students while protecting bureaucrats’ jobs. Congress alone holds the power to abolish departments, but executive actions to cut waste and improve efficiency should be celebrated—not blocked by judges who prioritize preserving the status quo over fiscal responsibility. The real losers here are families trapped in underperforming schools while D.C. protects its own.

Why did our literacy rates in America begin declining once the Department of Education was established? Why is it such a bad thing for the states to determine the curriculum?
