Milwaukee sent an internal affairs detective to investigate a cop caught using Flock surveillance cameras to stalk his ex... ...but that SAME internal affairs detective has now been CHARGED with using the SAME Flock cameras to stalk people, HIMSELF!!!!! He even planted a GPS tracker on a victim's car. The investigator WAS the abuser. The same man they trusted to catch the stalker cop... was allegedly running his own stalking operation the entire time. His name is Detective Tehrangi Chapman. A 22-year veteran of the Milwaukee Police Department. In December, Internal Affairs assigned him to investigate Officer Josue Ayala... who used the department's Flock license plate cameras over 200 TIMES to track his ex-girlfriend. Ayala pleaded guilty. He's sentenced next week. Just 2 months into that investigation, an anonymous call came in. Someone was terrified that a detective was digging into their family's personal information... and had planted a GPS TRACKER on their car. The victim was so afraid of what a cop could do to them, they refused to even say his name. Flock cameras stolen before they can even be turned on 🇺🇸😎 After the cameras were strategically relocated, the Taylor County Sheriff, Bubba, lied to every citizen in the county by posting on Facebook, "these cameras are not designed to monitor the daily lives of law-abiding citizens" when in fact that's EXACTLY what they're designed to do. Bubba must think everyone is REALLY stupid. He, as the Sheriff, doesn't even control the data he is now collecting yet he somehow thinks he can just tell the citizens that put him in office that water isn't wet. I have no idea when his next election is but he needs to be unemployed after that at a minimum. In a properly functioning Constitutional Republic, he'd be arrested for violating everyone's 4th Amendment rights but unemployed would be a step in the right direction. This guy’s truck has a license plate that trips Flock cameras. He’s pulled over incessantly because police get notified that a car in the area has a warrant. He doesn’t have a warrant. Neither does his vehicle. Apparently Flock cameras can’t tell the difference between an O and a 0 so they put a warrant out for both plates. Are you feeling surveilled yet?

A Canadian artist built a tiny open-air aircraft and convinced an entire flock of wild geese that he was their mother. Back in 1993, Bill Lishman had a theory that he could teach migratory birds new flight paths from scratch. He started by raising a flock of orphaned Canada geese from the exact moment they hatched. He spent months conditioning the young birds. He got them used to the loud engine noise and the specific shape of his custom ultralight aircraft. When it was time for the birds to head south for the winter, he climbed into the pilot seat and took off from his home in Ontario. The entire flock fell into a perfect V-shaped formation right behind his wings. He led the birds on a multi-day journey across the sky, flying just inches away from them all the way to a wintering ground in Virginia, in the eastern US.
