🚨🇷🇺🥂 Russia's "war for ordinary people" is colliding with the lavish lifestyle of its military elite. The explosion at an upscale Moscow restaurant has sparked outrage not only over the incident itself, but over how Russia's top generals choose to live while demanding sacrifices from everyone else. The backlash across pro-war Z-channels has focused less on the reported attack involving Russian Aerospace Forces Commander Alexander Chaiko and more on the venue where the celebration took place. Critics questioned why a recently appointed general was celebrating his birthday at one of Moscow's luxury restaurants while ordinary Russians are repeatedly told they are fighting a "sacred war." Five years into the war, Russia's military elite is accused of continuing to enjoy expensive restaurants, luxury Maybachs, fine wines, and high-society gatherings, while mobilized soldiers remain in trenches and are often forced to rely on public fundraising for basic equipment. Pro-war commentators did not hide their anger. "The war is going on, and they're celebrating in luxury," one wrote. Another added: "A commander should be focused on the war, not dining in a restaurant where a bowl of soup costs 6,000 rubles." The controversy has exposed growing frustration even within Russia's pro-war camp, where criticism is increasingly directed not only at military setbacks, but also at the widening gap between the sacrifices demanded from ordinary citizens and the privileged lifestyle of the country's senior military leadership. The command of the Russian occupying forces has removed from his post the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy for Coastal and Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Sukhrab Akhmedov, who was awarded the title of "Hero of Russia" in the summer of 2025. Akhmedov commanded a marine infantry grouping composed of two divisions, two brigades, and a regiment that operated against Ukrainian forces on the Dobropillia axis, within the defensive sector of the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine. Earlier, the commander of Russia’s 51st Combined Arms Army, Lieutenant General Serhii Milchakov, another "Hero of Russia," was also relieved of his post. His units took part in attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses in the same area. Both were dismissed for a "lack of results." Large-scale infantry and mechanized assaults involving dozens of armored vehicles failed to deliver operational success and did not result in a breakthrough of Ukrainian positions. The only outcome achieved by the occupation commanders was significant losses in personnel and equipment. Since August of last year, when the First Corps Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine assumed its designated defensive sector on the Dobropillia axis, the enemy has lost nearly 23,000 troops killed and wounded. Losses in heavy armor alone amount to 100 tanks and 263 armored combat vehicles. The removal of two Russian generals from their posts is an acknowledgment of the failure of the enemy’s tactics on the Dobropillia axis. But this is not only their defeat — it is also our victory. It is the result of the actions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine engaged in this sector of the front, who have demonstrated their effectiveness through coordinated operations and professional command leadership that developed and implemented the defensive strategy. Akhmedov and Milchakov will be replaced by other generals. However, they should immediately understand one thing: the Dobropillia axis is a place where Russian soldiers and officers are constantly being killed — and where the careers of occupation army generals come to an end. Glory to Ukraine!

🚨LATEST: WAGNER ATTEMPTS COUP IN RUSSIA‼️ Everything started when Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Russian mercenary group Wagner, accused Russia of bombing his military sites in Ukraine. Despite the Russian Defense Ministry's claim that there is no truth to his allegation, Prigozhin stated that 25,000 mercenaries would participate in a military coup organized by him. Igor Girkin, a former member of the Russian Federal Security Service, confirmed that the military coup attempt "had begun," and now we know he wasn't lying. Wagner has confirmed that they have indeed initiated their coup. Here's EVERYTHING We Know So Far: - Reports the Federal Security Service (FSB) has allowed Wagner to enter Russian city of Rostov without any resistance. This JUST came in and could mean the FSB is part of the coup, OR they are trying to save face after Wagner was able to enter without resistance. - Prigozhin JUST CLAIMED the Russian "Chief of the General Staff Gerasimov gave the command to open fire from aircraft on Wagner columns mixed with civilian vehicles. The pilots refused to follow the order" - Roadblocks have been established by the FSB & SOBR on the Moscow-Voronezh-Rostov-on-Don highway. - Wagner has accused any Russian military personnel who don't assist them in their "cleansing campaign" of collaborating with the Ukrainians and stated that they will be dealt with accordingly. - Multiple Russian military generals have made videos urging Wagner not to proceed with this attack. - The OMON and SOBR units of the Russian Guard are on high alert, and security in Moscow has been significantly intensified. - Allegedly, a clash has occurred between Wagner and units of the Rosgvardia on the Rostov-Moscow highway, near Kozachi Laheri. - It is estimated that only 25% of Russians currently have access to the internet. - Armed vehicles have filled the streets of Rostov, and dozens of aircraft filled with Russian special forces are flying to the region. - According to Russia's defense ministry, Ukraine has "taken advantage of Prigozhin's provocation to destabilize the situation" and is attacking Russia's forces along the flanks. - Russia's Ministry Of Defense has REPEATEDLY asked Wagner to stand down. - Russian media has reported that "there is panic in the Kremlin; no one can reach Putin" and that the current mood among St. Petersburg elites is "When choosing between Putin and Prigozhin, Prigozhin is now the preferred choice. They support him." - Prigozhin says he and his men are ready to go "all the way" and that "he and his men will destroy anyone who stands in their way." - Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov: Putin receives reports 24/7 about the measures taken related to the attempt of an armed rebellion This situation is INSANE and is bound to have MAJOR repercussions. COULD THIS COUP SUCCEED: Without support from within the Kremlin, this will not succeed. We have received reports of various members of the Russian military that are turning against the Kremlin, or standing by and watching the developments. We have also heard that Wagner was able to enter the Russian city of Rostov with NO RESISTANCE. Rostov’s main city is home to the headquarters of the Russian Southern Military District and the general headquarters for the Russian military operations in Ukraine. I do NOT think this will succeed and I think this is Prigozhin’s desperate response after learning or his potential arrest. Prigozhin has been likely planning this for a long time, smuggling Russian weapons to his forces and building alliances from within the Kremlin. There is an ongoing investigation by the Ministry of Defense into these allegations, and we’re heard reports that an assassination attempt against Prigozhin took place , likely leading to this response. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: We are discussion this in the space and it is too early to speculate, but any instability is NOT GOOD NEWS. Anything is possible now. Congratulations to Major General Drapatyi on his appointment as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! This is an important step for the people of Ukraine on the path to peace and victory. Mykhailo Drapatyi is a professional forged by modern warfare. He has a strong team, extensive experience, faith, and the support of the Ukrainian people. Today, all of Ukraine woke up with joy and hope. I would like to share a few words about the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: 🔹 Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi previously commanded the Land Forces of Ukraine, the Joint Forces, and key operational groupings on the most critical frontlines. 🔹 He is a recipient of the "Cross of Combat Merit" and a full Knight of the "Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky." 🔹 Mykhailo is 43 years old and has risen through the ranks of the Armed Forces - so he knows the Army well and has a broad perspective. 🔹 In 2014, as commander of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion, Mykhailo led a daring BMP-2 breakthrough through separatist barricades to aid defenders in Mariupol. He also withdrew Ukrainian troops from encirclement near Izvaryne, served as chief of staff, first deputy commander of the 30th Mechanized Brigade (which fought in Avdiivka and the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region), and later commanded the 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Vyhovsky. 🔹 During the full-scale invasion, he commanded the "South" grouping, stopping the Russian advance on Kryvyi Rih and contributing to the liberation of the right bank of Kherson region in 2022. 🔹 In 2024, he headed the defense that halted the Russian offensive near Kharkiv and later commanded the Luhansk operational group. 🔹 In late 2024, he was appointed Commander of the Land Forces and simultaneously led the "Khortytsia" operational-strategic grouping. Following the Russian strike on a training ground in Sumy region in June 2025, he submitted his resignation from the Land Forces and was appointed Commander of the Joint Forces. 📹: Drapatyi on a BMP-2 jumping over separatist barricades in Mariupol, 2014.
