Yeah , unfortunately majority of houses are in the critical level in the U.S. and prices for those are out of the roof.

I live near this. City officials confirmed that they have received numerous calls from tenants about code violations over the past year. The owners received a permit from the city for exterior brick repair and those repairs started to take place this past week. Search/Rescue now
