Garland confirmed that “Weiss was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own." Weiss never asked him to be a special counsel, and Garland never interfered. This seems to mean that the Republican House’s whistleblower lied under oath. If not Weiss could easily dispute Garland’s claims. What are your thoughts?
