Johnson is from Suisun City "Being able to be away in Oregon and have my time away from home was good but it was just God bringing me back. Now I'm able to have fun being at home and fun playing football. I get the best of both worlds. The whole family, my church family, everybody will be able to make it to the games."

I made it home in time to surprise Jacob at the end of his football game. The sacrifices of being away from home for legislative sessions and military are challenging, but this service is important to defend and preserve Texas and our country for our children and future generations. The sacrifices made by our military members and their families are real. I’m glad to be home, but I hope you will continue to join me in praying for all the military members away from home and their families.

BREAKING: The pilot of the Bell 206 helicopter that crashed into the Hudson River k-lling a family of five from Spain has been identified as 36-year-old Navy SEAL veteran Sean Johnson, according to Gothamist. Johnson had just moved to New York City to further his aviation career, according to family members and his social media profile. “ I'm just at loss for words. I don't even know what happened,” Johnson’s wife Kathryn Johnson told Gothamist. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are investigating the cause of the crash. Johnson posted the video below to social media back on March 27 flying the Bell 206 helicopter in Lower Manhattan.
