In my personal experience, most people going along with DEI are accepting of it because they truly believe it's about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and they believe they are doing the right thing. They don't understand what it is, where it comes from, and how, in reality, diversity, equity, and inclusion is the front for something much more sinister.
