His son cleared JEE mains with flying colours got a seat in Delhi. Fees being beyond their reach they opted for Panjab University’s UIT today he’s placed in a top IT company and getting a good salary. We want education to be affordable and accessible to our children from Panjab. We must understand that centralisation also means that education out of reach. Colleges in Chandigarh itself has reservation for Chandigarh students. Panjab University is a place where quality and affordable education and first prefrefrence should be of Punjab's students. This University was transferred from Lahore to Chandigarh. Panjab University is for Punjab and so shall it be.
