BREAKING Absolute mayhem outside the Democratic National Committee headquarters in Washington DC. Ceasefire advocates who were protesting and blocking the doors of the DNC building are being pulled off, thrown down, and arrested by law enforcement.

This is NOT going to help de-escalate things. First of all, reporters like @daveweigel are saying that they’re seeing law enforcement use pepper spray. Second, the language used here will only inflame things. Even if you believe he’s calling it like he sees it, it’s just a fact that this is going to escalate the situation.

The DNC headquarters in Washington DC is less than 3 miles away from where nearly 300,000 people peacefully rallied yesterday in support of Israel. Tonight, the supporters of Hamas terrorists held a very different type of rally, or more precisely, they created "absolute mayhem."

The Democratic convention next summer is going to be wild!

They are not activists they are Hamas supporters

They wanted a confrontation. This isn’t a public space. It is a private office where people were in the middle of a meeting. It was predictable that the police would clear the area. I am all for peaceful protests, but blocking access to, or exit from, a private office building while people are inside is not that.

Pro-Palestinian/Hamas activists are not only ignorant and hateful, but they have no idea how to grow their support base. Rioting and violence only alienate folks. But this is what folks like AOC, The Squad, and others are inadvertently fomenting. I hope there are mass arrests.
