I propose a law. The judiciary should have an enforcement arm to execute its orders. This enforcement arm should not be under the IG. It should be fully armed and legally allowed to engage other enforcement arms that seek to prevent it from executing the court's orders.

"Masengeli chukua sabuni yako tafadhali"

This is an important step in bringing back law and order - to our judiciary good job. It's about optics and following 'kks mantra's of following the law.

📷 This here is a real test for the rule of law; If this ruling will not be obeyed. The message will be loud and clear to the citizens.

Who will bell the cat?

He won't be arrested!! Who's that ordered to arrest him??

That man should not be allowed to share the same prisons with the innocent Kenyans they arrested time ya Maandamano. Ataokoteshwa sabuni. Take him somewhere in Manyani Prison akae huko na wanyama wenzake

Lakini a common mwanainchi can't be given 7 days to redeem themselves. Mnacheswoo

This is what we term as judicial overreach.

Patiently waiting to see just how they are planning to arrest that kichwa ngumu and take him in.. Alafu by the way we know they may pull PR stunts just to show us that he’s been arrested. For that reason, we’d need you @citizentvkenya to visit the prison everyday to check if he is still there..Yes tunajua wanapenda mchezo ya taoni..
