SUPER BIG! PAKISTAN CHECKMATED IN 105 MINUTES🔥 "Letter of intent was signed b/w Bharat & UAE for STRATEGIC DEFENCE PARTNERSHIP"- Vikram Misri, Frgn Sec What's Strategic Defence Partnership? 👉Deeper Military Cooperation: Joint exercises, intelligence sharing & co-production of defense tech. 👉Tech & Capability Building: Focus on advanced tech transfers, incl AI, space (via a separate LOI between IN-SPACe and UAE Space Agency), and nuclear energy (exploring small modular reactors). 👉Broader Strategic Ties: It's part of a package aiming to double bilateral trade to $200 billion by 2032, with deals on LNG supply, data centers, and investments in Bharat's Infra. PM .Narendra Modi Ji and MBZ emphasized on counter-terr0ri$m & AI collaboration during their talks. 🔥WHY THIS IS BIG? 👉Bharat's Quiet Counter-Move in a Fracturing Gulf. Bharat-UAE LOI isn't coincidental—it's a masterstroke of strategic hedging by PM Modi Ji, without the noise. It hurts the Saudi-Pak Love Affair & boosts Bharat. How- 👉UAE's Pivot Away from Saudi: Tensions between Riyadh and Abu Dhabi are rising (e.g., over Yemen, OPEC quotas, and UAE's Israel ties). UAE sees Saudi's Pak-Turkey tilt as sidelining it, so it's doubling down on Bharat for SECURITY DIVERSIFICATION. This LOI signals UAE won't be isolated—Bharat provides a non-Western anchor, countering any Saudi-Pak "nuclear umbrella" narrative. 👉Countering Pak-China Influence: Pakistan's role in Saudi gives it leverage (e.g., via CPEC extensions to Gulf), but Bgarat-UAE ties disrupt that. UAE's interest in Bharatiya arms (like Akash) directly challenges Pakistani exports (e.g., JF-17 to Saudi). It also bolsters Bharat's I2U2 (India-Israel-UAE-US) grouping, indirectly countering China's Belt and Road in the region. 👉Regional Power Shift: This creates parallel power centers—Saudi-Pak-Turkey vs. Bharat-UAE (with Israel vibes). 👉Bharat gains energy security (UAE is a top oil supplier) and a counter-terr0r foothold—key amid Bhikharistan-backed extremism. For UAE, it's hedging against Saudi dominance without alienating the West. 🔥Global Context: With Trump threatening tariffs over Greenland and Europe in crisis, this LOI positions Bharat as a stable partner for Global South nations ditching Western dependencies. It's Typical Modi Style: quiet, multilateral, and market-driven—leveraging Bharat's growth as the "largest and fastest-growing market" FOR National Security. 👉Net impact? This dilutes Saudi-Pak leverage, fragments any anti-Bharat bloc, and cements Bharat's Gulf footprint. Pakistan might hype its Saudi ties, but Bharat's UAE play is the real long-term win—economic interdependence trumps symbolic pacts. If tensions escalate (e.g., Yemen or Iran), watch how this LOI turns into concrete arms flows or joint ops. And Pakistan is the ultimate Loser as usual. SAUDI HAS ALREADY MADE IT CLEAR THAT IT WON'T INTERFERE OR SUPPORT BHIKHARISTAN IN CASE BHARAT GOES OUT FOR A WAR. Classic Modi Ji— No Noise, No Big Talks, Just Hit Hard with Pinpoint Precision 🫡

Enough of Piddi Nonsense! US has lifted sanctions on Bharat's purchase of Russian Oil. WHAT DOES IT ACTUALLY MEAN? IT'S ABOUT LOGISTICS COSTS! (read full) बेअक्ल Piddis are relating it to 'Permission by US to buy Russian Oil'😂 Abe Sutiyon, Bharat never stopped buying Russian Oil. Neither before Nor now! Not even when Insane Trump was charging extra 25% Tariff. Even yesterday, Russian cargoes were diverted to Bharat—2 tankers carrying 1.4 million barrels of Urals. Imports from Russia actually rose about 6% in February. THEN WHAT'S THIS WAIVER OF SANCTION?👇 The answer lies in financial and logistical restrictions, not the oil purchase itself. Let’s break it down. --- 1️⃣ What the sanctions actually targeted The sanctions were mainly against payment systems, shipping, and insurance, not directly against Bharat buying oil. These measures were linked to the war after the Russian invasion of Ukraine and were imposed by the United States Department of the Treasury and allies. Restrictions affected: -Dollar transactions -Western ship insurers -Shipping companies -Some Russian banks So Bharat was buying oil, but the process became complicated and risky. 2️⃣ How Bharat managed earlier Bharat still imported Russian crude by: -Paying through non-dollar currencies (rupee, dirham etc.) -Using a shadow tanker fleet -Using non-Western insurance Companies like Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum etc continued purchases. But this created: -Higher shipping costs -Payment delays -Legal risk for banks and traders 3️⃣ What the 30-day waiver changes The waiver temporarily removes the fear of secondary sanctions for entities dealing with Russian oil sold to India. This means for 30 days: ✔ Banks can process payments more freely ✔ Tankers and insurers face less legal risk ✔ Contracts can be signed without sanction fears ✔ Oil traders can move cargo faster So even though Bharat was buying oil earlier, the transaction now becomes smoother and cheaper. 4️⃣ Why it benefits Bharat During the waiver period: -Bharat can lock in long-term discounted contracts -Refiners can increase imports quickly -Shipping and payment costs reduce -Global traders become willing to deal again So Bharat can stockpile more discounted crude. 5️⃣ Strategic reality Bharat's stance has been very consistent under PM .Narendra Modi Ji: ➡ Bharat will buy oil based on national interest and energy security, not geopolitical pressure. And this policy helped Bharat: -Became one of the largest buyers of Russian crude -Reduced import costs significantly since 2022. ✅ In short: Bharat never stopped buying Russian oil, but the waiver reduces financial and legal friction, allowing Bharat to buy more easily, faster, and possibly cheaper. And This's what actually hurting Rahul Ghandy & his Slave CONgress. While world with struggle with Inflation, Bharat will zoom on these additional benefits. Bharat's Oil Exports will also increase as Iran has allowed Bharatiya ships to sail through Strait of Hormuz. What's worst? US has not allowed those waivers to China. It's adding more pain to agony faced by Rahul Ghandy. How can Bharat prosper when his MoU partner CCP is facing logistical & financial difficulties! It's okay, Jan-Nalayak! Learn to live with such agony & humiliation throughout your remaining life. That's Karma!

🚨IRON BEAM: Congress Robs🇺🇸to Boost🇮🇱War Industry 🇺🇸Headlines praise🇮🇱Innovation but what they don’t tell you is🇺🇸taxpayers funded🇮🇱companies Rafael & Elbit to develop Iron Beam thru $500M/yr R&D to🇮🇱 In May 2024🇺🇸Taxpayers paid🇮🇱$1.2B to purchase Iron Beam from Rafael/Elbit DETAILS: This is a typical cycle for Israel & Israeli companies. For the past several decades, Congress funds $500 Million/year for Cooperative programs between the U.S. & Israel for Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation (RDT&E) of weapons and weapons systems. The purpose of DOD’s Cooperative programs for the U.S. military is joint RDT&E with friendly foreign countries who have developed advanced technology. We share our advanced tech and the friendly foreign nation shares their advanced tech and jointly, we develop a better product. This applies to EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY EXCEPT ISRAEL. In the case of Israel, we have literally given them $500 Million/yr so they can take our technology & give us little/nothing to in return. Such is the case of RDT&E that lead to the development of Iron Beam. In 1996, Bill Clinton & Congress appropriated funding & mandated the US Army to provide Israel Tactical High-Energy Laser (THEL) capabilities. At the time, Israel had little to provide. 10 years later and $300 Million of 🇺🇸taxpayer money spent & tech transfer complete, the program was cancelled in 2006. In 2007, the next phase began under the same Cooperative Program which is funded by taxpayers through today. 🔹Why? Because Congress mandates & funds it every year with $500 Million of taxpayer money. 🔹Why does Congress do this? Because Members of Congress are funded by the Israel Lobby to promote & pass legislation that benefits Israel at US taxpayer expense. In this win/win relationship between Congress & Israel, the loser is always the US Taxpayer who gets robbed year after year because we do not have anyone representing our interests. Not only do we fund a foreign country’s industry but we handover US advanced technology to Israeli companies who use it to develop advanced weapons that they market and sell for profit and often times to countries that are not friendly to the U.S. such as China. If whistleblowers of DOD’s Cooperative Programs come out to talk about specific stories, the public would be 🤯 Finally, the $4 Billion per year ($500 Million of which is for RDT&E) that we give to Israel is marketed to the U.S. taxpayer as a win for US industry because it creates American jobs. This is not entirely true. In the case of Iron Beam, Rafael & Elbit are Israeli companies whose RDT&E is located in Israel & staffed with Israelis. Even Iron Beam US partner Lockheed Martin provides its contribution to the program through its Israel location which employs Israelis. So in summary, 🔹Congress Gives Israel $500 Million/per year of taxpayer money so Israel companies can take our Advanced technology 🔹Israel companies use the Advanced Tech to develop their own technology that they market and sell to other foreign countries, some of which are not friendly to US 🔹Congress pays Israel Gov an additional $1.2Billion to purchase Iron Beam from Israel companies Rafael/Elbit 🔹US Gov plans to purchase Iron Beam (which we could’ve developed ourselves) 🔹Israel mil tech companies become leaders in laser weapons technology 🔹Israelis benefit from employment from these programs, the US does not.

📌 Israeli PM Netanyahu on what impact 28 months of genocide in Gaza has had on the Israeli economy: The most important thing that is happening is that nations are coming to us. Companies are coming to us. Enormous economic powers are coming to us. Israel has been ranked by The Economist among the three most vibrant economies in the world just now. This comes after two years of war. Our economy is growing rapidly. Our stock market is at an all-time high. The shekel versus the dollar is at almost a 30-year high. Inflation is going down. Interest rates have gone down. Investments in Israel are huge. Why? Because the war showed the prowess of Israel, the enormous capacities here, the high-tech, deep-tech capabilities that astonished the world. Countries are coming here. The Chancellor of Germany was here. Narendra Modi is coming next week. India, 1.5 billion people. Israel is enormously popular in India. There are others in Latin America: Argentina, Ecuador, Paraguay, Bolivia, Panama, Honduras. Israel is a juggernaut on innovation and technology. About 10 years ago I said Israel would be among the top three cyber powers in the world. I was wrong. It’s number two. Israel receives more foreign investments in cyber tech than any other country except the United States. We’re going to do the same in AI. We just signed a major agreement with the United States on AI cooperation. We’re going to do the same in quantum. Israel is a very strong country coming out of the war. Strong economically, strong militarily, strong technologically. The United States issued a security council memorandum describing regional alliances and anchor countries and called Israel the model ally. We want to move from aid to partnership with the United States. We can afford to phase out the financial component of the military aid over 10 years. Full drawdown. Our GDP per capita was $17,000. Soon it will be $65,000. In 10 years we’ll have a $1 trillion economy. Our goal is to build an independent arms industry in Israel.

"India will be invited to join US-led initiative Pax Silica as 'full member' next month"- US embassador Sergio Gor Trying to act smart, Trump? But Bharat under PM .Narendra Modi Ji can see through this 'noble gesture'! Why's US Pushing Bharat into Pax Silica: It's All About American Interests, Not Altruism. Let's cut through diplomatic fluff. US inviting Bharat to join Pax Silica—a coalition for securing supply chains in critical minerals, semiconductors, AI & advanced tech—isn't some benevolent gesture. America doesn't do global alliances without hefty dose of self-interest. Here's real playbook on why Uncle Sam wants us in & crucially, how Bharat must play smart to avoid getting trapped in one-sided deal. 👉US Motives- Securing Dominance, Countering China & Tapping Bharat's Assets 1. Countering China's Monopoly: China controls 90% of global rare earth processing & massive chunk of semiconductor supply chains. Pax Silica is Washington's answer to "de-risk" from Beijing—building a "trusted" network of allies to reroute critical tech flows. Bharat, with world's 3rd-largest rare earth reserves (6.9 million tonnes, mostly in coastal monazite sands), is prime target. US wants access to our raw materials to feed their refineries & fabs, reducing reliance on China without lifting a finger on their own soil. 2. Geopolitical Leverage in Indo-Pacific: Pax Silica pulls Bharat deeper into US orbit as a "strategic counterweight" to China. It's about encircling Beijing economically—Japan, South Korea, UK, Israel are already in; adding Bharat's scale (population, market, geography) makes it powerhouse bloc. Trump-era reciprocity means fair trade on paper, but in reality, it's about locking in allies for tech war. 3. Economic Goldmine-Talent, Market & Cheap Resources: Bharat's engineering prowess, booming digital economy & manufacturing push (via PLI schemes) are irresistible. US sees us as a diversification hub—away from Taiwan's risks—for chips & AI. But dig deeper: Raw rare earths sell for $3,000/tonne, while processed magnets (which we'd import back) go for $25000/tonne. Joining gives US firms access to our resources, talent & $3T+ market, boosting their profits while we play supplier. 4. Tech Sovereignty for US, Not World: This's about controlling "operating system of modern power"—silicon, AI, data centers. By inviting Bharat early, US ensures standards, export controls & investments align with American rules, preventing a multipolar tech world where Bharat could pivot to alternatives. 🔥In short, Pax Silica is economic statecraft: Prosperity for US bloc, dependency for others. It's not charity; it's strategy. 👉How Bharat Must Not Fall into the Trap? JOIN, BUT ON OUR TERMS. Bharat should absolutely join—access to tech, R&D & global chains is a win for our semiconductor ambitions (we're already at <1% global production despite reserves). But NOT Blindly. Here's what Modi Sarkar will demand even as members: —Demand Tech Transfer & Build Domestic Muscle: No deal without enforceable clauses for refining tech & joint fabs in India. —Invest heavily in our own processing plants (e.g., expand IREL's capabilities) to avoid exporting cheap ore & importing pricey chips. –Push for co-ownership in AI/logistics standards—don't let US/Japan hog high-value end. —Maintain Strategic Autonomy by Diversifying Alliances. Will Keep balancing with China (via BRICS/SCO), Russia & EU. Bharat won't burn bridges; but will use Pax Silica to negotiate better terms elsewhere. —Safeguard Data, IP & Sovereignty: Enforce strict data localization in AI deals. Protect our startups from IP theft or forced partnerships. Monitor investments via CFIUS-like screening to block backdoor control. —Focus on Long-Term Resilience: Ramp up R&D funding (aim for 2% GDP), skill 1M+ engineers in semis/AI, & integrate with Quad/iCET for broader gains. IF AMERICA AGREES TO THIS, PAX SILICA IS WELCOME. OR ELSE....THANK YOU, BUT NO THANK YOU!

Gulf Conflict is going to screw World, especially wrt Oil. Does Bharat need to worry? Let's deep dive before CONgress starts fear mongering to run Chinese Agenda of mounting pressure on #Modi Sarkar to build pressure on #Israel to stop #Iran War. BHARAT NEED NOT WORRY AT ALL! Bharat has 6-8 weeks of crude & crude inventories. 25-30 days LPG & Crude. Even NO immediate plan to raise the prices of Petrol & Diesel. But what if War prolongs? BHARAT STILL NEED NOT WORRY. Bharat's Energy Security? Rock-Solid, Not Shaky! Here's why Bharat needn't sweat over oil supplies—even dodging the Strait of Hormuz chokepoint. Data-driven punch: Let's dive in. 👉First, diversification is our shield. Bharat's crude imports: ~5 mbpd total (Jan 2026 est.). Non-Hormuz sources dominate now—Russia at 1.16 mbpd (25% share, via Indian Ocean routes bypassing Hormuz entirely), US 0.30 mbpd (up 31% YoY from Dec 2024), West Africa (Nigeria/Libya/Egypt) surging to 5%+ combined (Nigeria alone 3.3% in Apr-Nov 2025). Latin America (Brazil/Mexico) adds 2-3%. That's ~40-45% already Hormuz-free! Gulf share down to 55% from 60%+ pre-2022. 👉Avoiding Hormuz? Easy pivot to Atlantic Basin. US/Brazil/West Africa oil sails via Cape of Good Hope—adds 20-30 days transit but zero Hormuz risk. Bharat already ramped US imports to 8.1% (Apr-Nov 2025, from 4.6% prior year). Brazil up big too. Cost? Extra freight ~$1-2/bbl, but beats disruption. Plus, Saudi/UAE bypass pipelines (East-West 5 mbpd capacity, Habshan-Fujairah 1.5 mbpd) can reroute some Gulf oil to Red Sea/Gulf of Oman—India taps that via Suez or direct. 👉Buffer power: Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR) at 5.33 MMT (39M barrels, 9.5 days cover) + OMC stocks (64.5 days) = 74 days total cushion. Phase II adds 6.5 MMT (12 days more), pushing toward 90-day goal. Filled to brim in 2020 low-price window—saved ₹5,000 Cr! Short-term crunch? Drawdown + spot buys from "oil on water" tankers. No panic. 👉Long-game wins: Renewables slashing oil dependency. 44.5 GW added in 2025—solar hits 132 GW, renewables meet 51.5% peak electricity demand. Transport? EVs booming (10M+ on roads by 2026 est.), biofuels blend up to 20%. Domestic output + diplomacy (ties with Russia, US, Gulf) ensures steady flow. Bharat sources from 40+ countries now—up from 19 in 2024! 👉Bottom line: Hormuz hiccup? Bharat reroutes, reserves up, diversifies hard. Every $10 oil spike adds $13-14B to bill, but buffers absorb it. Bharat is not vulnerable—Bharat is versatile. Energy security = Bharat's superpower. Now sit back & think! Would this have been possible under Policy-Paralysed CONgress Govt? A party whose Foreign Policy is no different from Domestic Appeasement Policy? Full Marks to PM .Narendra Modi Ji's Vision, EAM .Dr. S. Jaishankar Ji's Diplomacy and Petroleum Minister .Hardeep Singh Puri Ji's Oil Diplomacy. We're actually blessed to have such visionary & proactive Govt in the difficult turbulence time. #AtmanirbharBharat

Another masterful interview on Gaza of Dominique De Villepin, former Prime Minister of France, who IMHO is the best diplomat the West has produced in decades. Again I believe that his words are so important and so rare among Western leaders today, that I decided to translate it in full (the bold parts are emphasis Villepin himself made when speaking): "The Israeli government, Benjamin Netanyahu, failed on October 7th and failed doubly. Firstly, in its ability to ensure the protection of the Israeli people by allowing massacres that are an abomination to occur. He bears direct responsibility for what happened. And his second failure is having encouraged a policy of occupation and colonization, which continues at this moment in the West Bank and constitutes another threat to Israel if a second front in the West Bank were to open. Force does not ensure the security of a people! This is what all Israelis must understand today. And what is important is that since October 7th, the Israeli government's choice has been to escalate the use of force. You know, neither force nor vengeance ensures peace and security. What ensures peace and security is justice! And justice is not being served today. The rationale of the Israeli government for the bombings happening today is flawed, and the whole international community can see it. The principle is: "we target terrorists, and unfortunately, there are also civilian populations," what is euphemistically called in military language "collateral damage." It must be understood that this collateral damage is not accidental. That is to say, it is perfectly predictable and fully accepted. [Host: "But once again, the responsibility is not solely Israeli."] But once more, let's stop asking about responsibility; let's look at the reality of what's happening on the ground! Assigning fault, allow me to tell you, we will leave to historians. What we want is to stop this violence, to stop these massacres. Israel is putting itself in danger, even more today, with this type of warfare and these types of strikes. We are essentially dealing with a policy of vengeance from the Netanyahu government. Israel has the right to self-defense, but self-defense does not give an indiscriminate right to kill civilian populations. When you target an ambulance, you can always imagine that there was a terrorist in one of the ambulances, or not. But the result is that there are children, women who die. Every child, every woman killed, that's more terrorists. Therefore, Israel's objective, what Israel achieves, is exactly the opposite of what they wish. So, it is essential today to change this logic and return to a strategy that is sound. Hostages, everything must be done to secure their release. But let's not forget: the Palestinian people are also taken hostage, by Hamas and by Israel. And Hamas, we all know, cares little for the Palestinian people. So telling Hamas: "we will not lift the siege, we will not have a humanitarian truce until the hostages are released," is a dialogue of the deaf. Benjamin Netanyahu is waging a war to do everything so that the political solution does not come to the table. And this is where the international community, Europe, the United States, must tell Benjamin Netanyahu that this war is not acceptable. It is not acceptable because it leads us directly [to escalation] - because we can see it well, from Hamas we will move to Iran, from Iran we will move to other targets, and we then enter into the logic of a clash of civilizations. When Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu says that on one side there is the people of light and on the other the people of darkness, we can see the kind of spiral we are getting into. All the wars that have been going on for the past twenty years are wars that begin and do not end. These are frozen conflicts. We know how to start a war; we do not know how to end it. And Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu could control Gaza, it would change nothing. There will continue to be terrorist attacks, Israelis will continue to live in fear. We must get out of this. The second reason why this is yesterday's war is that the war against terrorism has never been won anywhere. Force is not the answer, once again. Vengeance is not the answer. The answer is justice, and that is what all the peoples of the world, all those who today watch what is happening, call for justice. Today the direction we must follow is to prevent Benjamin Netanyahu from continuing his suicidal logic that will make Israel a besieged state. They can besiege Gaza, but they will be besieged. And do not think that tomorrow we will again have a pacified discourse with Saudi Arabia, with the Arab states that will normalize the situation: no! The wounds of history are awakening. Israel's interest is to have a responsible state at its side. And this responsible state, let's stop splitting hairs, must clearly be the West Bank, all of the West Bank. It must be Gaza, with access between the two territories, and East Jerusalem. The problem, and this is the whole point of Benjamin Netanyahu's escalation, is that Benjamin Netanyahu does not want it. And the policy of separation must be dignified. That is, it must confer to the Palestinians a state where they can live, a viable state, a true state, which can build itself and which will be all the more at peace... [Host: "Does that mean that the settlements in the West Bank have to be removed?"] Well, when we left Algeria, there were a million French who left Algeria. Today there are 500,000 Israelis colonizing the West Bank, and there are 200,000 in East Jerusalem. [Host: "They must leave the West Bank?"] Yes. Yes, that is history, that is responsibility, that is the price! I tell you solemnly, it is the price of security for Israel! And all those who today consider that it will never be enough are pursuing the worst policy." Credit to Caisses de grève (Gauche Gaza / Antifasciste) who took these extracts from the original interview which can be found here:

They Fearmonger About “Communism” Because They Can’t Oppose Real Problems As self-styled “democratic socialists” make some advancements in blue states, Republicans have launched a renewed fearmongering campaign about the urgent threat of “communism” — an ideology with no meaningful political existence in the United States. At a speech on Wednesday, President Trump said that “communism is the greatest threat to our country” and would lead to “the ultimate annihilation of civilization.” This is just the latest in a string of rhetoric from the president as he tries to drum up fear about progressive Democrats to prevent massive losses in the midterms. Democratic socialist politicians are still a small minority in US politics, and conflating them with communists is absurd. Communism seeks the complete dismantling of capitalism and the imperialist world order it holds in place at gunpoint, while western “democratic socialists” typically just seek a gentler, more photogenic capitalist empire where things like healthcare and public transportation are funded by taxes. The west in general and the US in particular have spent generations stomping out communism, and, at least within the confines of the western world, they have been remarkably successful at it. In 2026 the United States is so very, very, very, very, VERY far from communism that viewing it as a threat is just a sign of weak-minded cowardice and jumping-at-shadows paranoia. It’s kind of like reading about a brush fire in Nigeria and worrying that it’s going to burn its way across the world to show up on your doorstep. But I suppose if I were in Trump’s position I might be fearmongering about communism, too. He just lost the war in Iran, everyone hates his support for Israel, people are critical of his astonishing levels of corruption and his known Epstein associations, and it’s not like he disagrees with Democrats on enough issues to take a real position of substance. What else does he have in his arsenal besides vapid fearmongering about an imaginary boogie man? The leader of the most murderous and tyrannical power structure on earth can’t take a stand against the real problems in our world, because the power structure is the source of those problems. So instead he has to invent fictional monsters to fight. ❖ House lawmakers have blocked a congressional debate to remove Section 219 (formerly Section 224) from the national defense spending bill, which means the US and Israel will be intimately merging their military technology to a significantly greater extent than they already were. And hell, why not. Why keep pretending the US and Israeli war machines are two separate entities. Why keep pretending Israel’s war crimes are separate from America’s war crimes. If you’re already living together, you might as well get married. ❖ US human rights expert and antiwar activist Dan Kovalik was recently detained at Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport by UK counterterrorism police, where they reportedly confiscated his devices, interrogated him, took his fingerprints, and even took a DNA sample. The empire’s war on dissent continues. ❖ Also in the UK, The Canary has been de-banked by Lloyds, placing the anti-Zionist outlet under immediate financial crisis. As of this writing Lloyds has refused to justify the move, but this new development is definitely something to keep an eye on. If banks start dropping dissident media because of their content, we’re all in a whole lot of trouble. ❖ You always see liberal Zionists claiming that it’s possible to love Israel and hate Benjamin Netanyahu. This is an absurd position to hold, because there’s nothing you can hate about Netanyahu that isn’t also innately true of the apartheid state of Israel. Hate Netanyahu because he’s racist? Israel has always been racist. Hate Netanyahu because he’s a war criminal? Israel has always committed war crimes. Hate Netanyahu because he abuses and oppresses Palestinians? Israel has always abused and oppressed Palestinians. Hate Netanyahu because he starts wars with Israel’s neighbors? Israel has always started wars with its neighbors. Liberal Zionists act like Netanyahu has all these bad qualities that the genocidal apartheid state of Israel does not also have, but that’s just plain false. Israel was built on the premise of nonstop violence and abuse, and nonstop violence and abuse is all it has ever delivered, from its very inception. Israel was built on a political ideology that is inherently racist and violent, and it is that racism and violence that elevated Benjamin Netanyahu to power. Netanyahu didn’t create Israel’s violence and racism. Israel’s violence and racism created Netanyahu. ❖

Under Iranian occupation, the Kurds, Baloch, Al Ahwazis, Azeris, Lurs, and all non-Persian speaking nations comprising approximately 48% of the population reject both the Khamenei regime and the idea of simply replacing it with the Reza Shah Pahlavi Dynasty. 9 January 2026 These nations do not seek cosmetic regime change they seek genuine liberation and full sovereignty over their historic lands. Baloch, Kurds and Ahwaz nations are being massively targeted by the Mullah regime in every protest, the Reza Shah Pahlavi has little ground support, his participation in the protests in little but is portrayed the face of the protests. He is misleading even the Israel and the USA policymakers. Pakistan is advising him to overthrow Khamenie and have the control of Tehran because Pakistan too is afraid of loosing claim on PoK, Balochistan, Sindh and Pashtunistan. History has shown that regime changes in Tehran do not break Iran’s pattern of regional aggression. Neither monarchs nor mullahs have stopped Iran’s friendship with radical groups in Pakistan, its funding of militant proxies, nor its covert pursuit of nuclear capabilities mirroring Pakistan’s own illicit nuclear path. It is important to remember that even during the rule of the Pahlavi monarchy, Iran acted as an aggressor against oppressed nations. In 1971, and in 1973, the father of Reza Shah Pahlavi openly supported Pakistan against Bharat, providing weapons, fighter jets, and financial assistance to the government of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto all used to crush Balochistan’s indigenous freedom movement. This clearly demonstrates that both regimes share the same imperial ambitions. Likewise, the current Mullah regime has consistently aligned itself with Pakistan’s deep state to destabilize the region. Even as recently as December last year, Khamenei’s special advisor Ali Larijani visited Pakistan, met ISI leadership, the Army Chief, the President, the Prime Minister, and extremist groups including JeM and LeT, ultimately announcing a dangerous “Blank Cheque” for operations “anytime and anywhere” a direct threat to Bharat and regional security. Today, we call upon global and regional powers Washington, Tel Aviv, New Delhi, and democratic nations worldwide to recognize the right of independence for the non-Persian ethnicities living under the joint occupation of the Mullah and Pahlavi systems. These nations Baloch, Kurds, Al Ahwazis, Azeris, Lurs, and others inhabit lands that hold the vast majority of Iran’s oil, natural gas, mineral wealth, and access to vital ports. In contrast, the Persian-dominated core of Iran is landlocked, with negligible natural resources. An undeniable truth emerges: Both Islamabad and Tehran are effectively landlocked powers whose only access to resources and strategic corridors has come through the exploitation of Balochistan, Sindh, Kurdistan, and Al Ahwaz. These two radical states have not contributed to peace or regional harmony instead, they have exported extremism, destabilized neighbors, and fueled conflicts for decades. The world must finally listen to the oppressed nations of the region. True stability in the Middle East and South Asia will come not from replacing one Iranian regime with another, but from supporting the legitimate aspirations of the nations who have endured decades of occupation, cultural erasure, militarization, and resource plunder. It is time for the international community to stand with the oppressed, not the occupiers. Trump Sends Netanyahu Weapons While Talking Tough To Zelensky Israeli media are now reporting that Benjamin Netanyahu is considering “a brief resumption” of the onslaught in Gaza in order to pressure Hamas to make concessions and change the terms of the ceasefire agreement which was signed on the 19th of January. The Times of Israel reports: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is considering a brief resumption of fighting against Hamas to pressure the terror group into making further concessions, according to an Israeli television report aired Saturday as he held high-level deliberations on the stalled negotiations to advance to the second stage of the hostage-ceasefire agreement in Gaza. “Hamas has rejected Israel’s proposal to extend the first, 42-day stage of the deal, which formally expires Saturday night, insisting that the deal proceed with phase two, which Israel has largely refused to negotiate for the past month. Thirty-three Israeli hostages were released, eight of them dead, in exchange for nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners. Five Thai nationals held hostage in the Gaza Strip were freed separately. “With the ceasefire expected to lapse at midnight, Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz will meet Sunday, along with other security officials, to discuss preparations for a potential resumption of fighting in Gaza and a review of all potential war fronts, Channel 12 news reported.” This framing that Hamas has “rejected” Israel’s proposed extension of phase one is just the current propaganda line from the US-Israeli PR machine. In reality the terms of the ceasefire deal say that Israel and Hamas were supposed to move on to phase two of the agreement this weekend, but Israel has been refusing to negotiate the second stage of the agreement this entire time because it would entail a withdrawal of Israeli troops and a commitment to a lasting peace. This idea that the first phase of the ceasefire should be “extended” instead of continuing on to the second phase is a brand new proposition the US and Israel just started pushing a few days ago. It is therefore Israel who is rejecting the ceasefire as written and trying to write up new terms for the deal; Hamas is just insisting on the terms of the ceasefire it agreed to. But today we’re being hammered with this message that Hamas is rejecting peace. A tweet by Axios’ Israeli intelligence operative Barak Ravid reads as follows: “Israeli Prime Minister’s office says Israel agreed to a U.S. proposal for extending the Gaza ceasefire in return for release of hostages but claims Hamas refuses.” So that’s the official message we’re being fed by the consent-manufacturing machine, as the Trump administration sends even more weapons to Israel. The White House has just used its “emergency powers” to bypass congressional oversight for a $3 billion weapons transfer to the Netanyahu regime, right after posturing as a stern tough guy who cares about making peace in his controversial dustup with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky. As readers have no doubt already heard, the entire western political-media class has been in an uproar since Trump and Vice President JD Vance made international headlines by publicly raking Zelensky over the coals for his role in obstructing peace with Russia, even accusing him of “gambling with World War Three.” Democrats are rending their garments over the public humiliation of Saint Zelensky and crying about the “bullying” behavior of Trump and Vance, while Republicans are applauding the whole ordeal as a sign that Trump is a strong and heroic peacemaker who doesn’t take any guff from Washington’s warmongering proxies. But the most immediate and glaring point about Zelensky’s public castigation is that this same administration doesn’t appear to be taking that same energy to Benjamin Netanyahu as he prepares to resume a genocide. And of course it doesn’t. Trump has publicly admitted to being bought and owned by the world’s wealthiest Israeli, megadonor Miriam Adelson, while JD Vance is the protégé of virulent Zionist billionaire Peter Thiel. What we witnessed on Friday was Trump speaking to Zelensky in public the way Adelson probably speaks to Trump in private. We can certainly never expect to see him speaking that way to Netanyahu. It is good that things are moving toward peace in Ukraine, but this war was never intended to be permanent. It was only ever intended to be a temporary quagmire to bleed and divert Russia as much as possible while advancing strategic objectives elsewhere, which we recently saw manifest in the empire’s successful regime change operation in Syria. Zelensky, like every other US imperial asset, was only ever intended to be used and then discarded. The gears of the imperial war machine roll onward. Reading by Tim Foley:

WATCH PIERS MORGAN vs. DOUGLAS MURRAY: PIERS MORGAN: Do you not feel that something has to give here, that this has to get resolved somehow, and that the only way to do that is, as with all these situations, you have to eventually compromise in some way? The problem for Netanyahu is that people think he is completely incapable of offering Hxmas any compromise. Therefore, there is no deal. So the families of the hostages are still there, and hundreds of thousands of protesters in Israel are on the streets of Tel Aviv right now. They are of the firm belief that it's his own intractable position on this, which is not going to allow any kind of ceasefire to be achievable. DOUGLAS MURRAY: But there it is again, if I can say so, Piers—it's the same thing. There’s this presumption that it’s Netanyahu who is uncompromising. We end up with this notion because Netanyahu is a democratically elected leader, so it’s assumed that some pressure can be brought to bear on him. In my view, it’s not Netanyahu who’s uncompromising—it’s Hxmas. They could have handed back the hostages last October. They could have chosen not to do any of this. I mean, they could have tried to build a state since 2005 when Israel withdrew from Gaza and handed the place over to them. Hxmas could have used the billions of dollars in aid that British, European, and American taxpayers gave them since 2006. They could have used that money to build up Gaza, to create a thriving, prosperous society. They could have made it a booming Mediterranean paradise. They could have created wealth for their people, but instead, what did they do? They built downwards instead of upwards. They constructed a tunnel network bigger than the London Underground, and they siphoned off the money, just like Yasser Arafat did before them, making themselves rich. Why is Ismail Haniyeh worth billions of dollars? Why is Khaled Meshaal worth billions? Why do their children live like princes in luxury apartments in Doha? Because they took the money from Americans, Brits, and Europeans and kept it for themselves, while leaving the people of Gaza in misery and poverty. Since 2005, there has been a complete counterfactual of what could have happened, but the Hxmas leadership didn’t want that. They’ve openly said they’re willing to use Palestinian children as human shields to manipulate world opinion. These are fanatics. They’re willing to sacrifice their own citizens to turn the world against Israel. Again, how do you negotiate with that? The assumption in the West today is that because we’re so comfortable, we believe peace is the norm and historically expected. But that’s not true. We always think wars end with compromise and coming to the table, to use the cliché. But historically, most wars end because one side wins, and one side loses. And one of the reasons, in my view, why there are endless rounds of conflict in this region is because Israel is never allowed to win, and Hxmas is always allowed to come out even. I think that simply sets up the next round of conflict. If Hxmas comes out of this with any fighting capability, then we will see another round of this war in a few years. So when David Lammy and others say we need a peace deal, I’d ask, on what terms? Everyone wants peace—except for Hxmas and the fanatics. Everyone else wants peace. All those people in the south, the kibbutzniks, the partygoers, and others who were murdered on October 7—they all dreamed of peace with their Palestinian neighbors, their brothers and sisters. Who made that peace impossible? Hxmas, from 2005 to today.

After several days of replaying #NoEspaçoEntreNós trying to transcribe every word like it was some kind of sacred secret 😅… I think I've reached the end of this journey and honestly, it was beautiful 🥹 I've lived in different places, experienced different cultures, tried all kinds of food, seen a variety of landscapes, and listened to music from all over. But the journey I've lived through the voice of Alanis Guillen is, without a doubt, the most sensory experience I've ever had in my life. I always believed music is magic, that sound can move you just as much, if not more, than visuals. But I never really understood how a voice, just a voice in a language I don't even speak, could reach me like this. And that's exactly what happened with Alanis. If I used to think her strength was in her gestures or physical acting tools, I now understand it's something much deeper: it's all of her. Even without the visuals, her voice contains everything. There's something in her cadence, her tone, her vibration, the way she breathes through every line… that wakes something up in me. Even when I had to pull out a dictionary just to keep up, she still managed to move me emotionally. It was a balm for my ears… but also a doorway into understanding. Because in the end, I didn't just want to hear it as music, I wanted to understand it. Understand Maitê. Understand the story. Not just stay with the beauty of the sound, but actually embrace its meaning. That's why I made the effort to translate every word 🥹 And in that process, I ended up valuing even more not just Alanis's artistry, but also the work of everyone who brought this project to life. A story that, at first glance, might remind you of other sci-fi narratives or tech-based connections… but that, in its deeper construction, is built on a deliberate contrast: the human vs. the artificial. Because Lilith is, from the very beginning, an artificial intelligence programmed to simulate, process, and respond through a constructed emotional logic. And Maitê, on the other hand, is the complete opposite: raw humanity in its most vulnerable, contradictory, and alive form. Alanis gives Maitê a body that cannot be seen, but can be deeply felt… And it's precisely in that clash that the story finds its meaning. If at any point someone didn't feel a strong connection between them, I get why now: it's not meant to feel like a traditional, natural relationship. It's a constant tension between two natures that were never meant to fully align. One exists from the structure of the artificial. The other from the overflow of the human. And in that impossible space between them, the story breathes. Anyway, as I've already rambled on (true to myself 😅) I can only be grateful for having had the chance to experience this. And while at one point I even thought about translating the entire script, let's be real… I have a life to live 😅... so I'm leaving here just a few subtitled excerpts in English for those who don't speak Portuguese. Obviously, I'm respecting the work and avoiding spoilers, because even though I imagine MOST of Brazil has already listened to this story (and if not… what are you even waiting for 😏), I still really hope more people get to discover it. And I hope the platform adds subtitles someday, because it's genuinely worth it 🙏🏻 And I end this by thanking Alanis once again 🥰 Because there are voices that interpret stories… and there are voices that bring them into existence. Yours didn't just narrate Maitê… it turned her into someone who breathes inside the listener. And in that process, it goes beyond performance. It becomes a way of opening space, of bringing sapphic characters to life without reducing them to their orientation, but allowing them to exist as full human beings: complex, emotional, contradictory, alive. That matters. And that's your impact, Alanis ♥️

Shabbos Kestenbaum: I’m deeply troubled by foreign influence in the U.S. government. Just last week, the Department of Education, under Section 117 of the Higher Education Act, found that Qatar alone had spent $6 billion on American colleges and universities. Why is Qatar paying American institutions of higher learning? It also deeply concerns me that there are so many Chinese communists at Harvard University that the Chinese Communist Party reportedly refers to the Harvard Kennedy School as “their party school.” I’m equally disturbed by well-documented Russian influence campaigns, including the use of consulates, like the one near where I live in Riverdale, New York, to spy on and conduct espionage against Americans. But let’s be honest: no one in this room, and no one in our political culture or media, seems to care about any of that. As my opponent just demonstrated, the only country they are singularly obsessed with is Israel. You didn’t mention any other country in a topic that didn’t even include the word Israel. But fine, let’s talk about Israel. Israel is a country that, just three years after gas chambers and crematoria, managed to defeat seven Arab Islamist armies. It is a nation of about nine million people, yet it has more Nobel Prize winners than China and India combined. Israel grants full and equal rights to Jews and Arabs alike, so much so that an Arab Supreme Court justice, Salim Joubran, sentenced a Jewish prime minister, Ehud Olmert, to prison. There is no other country in the Middle East where Jews and Muslims have full, guaranteed equal rights. Before discussing Israel’s virtues further, let’s talk about American foreign policy. The Federalist Papers are filled with references to treaties and the importance of what the Founders called common defense. They understood that the government’s most sacred duty is to protect its people, often through foreign alliances. America’s first war as a nation was the Barbary War, fought to stop Islamist piracy in the Mediterranean, because President Thomas Jefferson recognized that threats abroad become threats at home. The idea that nations don’t need mutually beneficial alliances is historically absurd. Which brings us back to Israel. What does the United States gain from its relationship with Israel? A great deal. U.S. Abrams tanks use the Trophy active protection system, designed and developed in Israel. The U.S. Marine Corps uses the most advanced shoulder-launched bunker-busting weapon in the world, based on an Israeli design. American fighter pilots use helmet-mounted targeting systems developed by Israel’s Elbit Systems. Much of the U.S. UAV fleet is based on Israeli designs used as far back as the Gulf War. Just last week, Israel announced completion of Iron Beam, a system that can shoot down rockets, mortars, and drones at a fraction of the cost. Israel is also the only country that buys American F-35s and then improves them, modifications later resold by the U.S. to other allies. Israel was among the first to fly the F-15, F-16, and F-35 in real combat, providing invaluable battlefield data that saves the Pentagon years of research and development and helps the U.S. compete with Russia and China. This is a partnership, not a charity. Israeli tunnel-detection technology used against Hezbollah is now used by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security against cartel tunnels on the southern border. Israel’s Mossad raided Iran’s nuclear archives in Tehran. When the United States needs human intelligence in the Middle East, there is only one country it turns to, and we all know which one that is. Naga Munchetty, "The Urdu leaflet is an issue" "The leaflet features Keir Starmer, alongside the Indian PM Modi, and Deputy PM David Lammy along with Israeli PM Netanyahu" "Translation: Labour must be punished for Gaza. Zack Polanski, "I'd say anything else is highly inappropriate" "We've had an ongoing genocide for the last couple of years" "We've got our own government not just complicit but actively enabling a genocide through the sharing or arms, intelligence" "And I think people in this country whether they're Muslim, or Jewish, as I am myself, or even people without faith, can recognise that human rights and international law are important" "We've got a Labour government where Keir Starmer who went out on national TV and said that Israel has the right to cut off water and electricity from the Palestinians" "He said that's not what he meant, but Emily Thornberry went out the same day and doubled down on it" "I think it's right that in a democracy we point out the record of this Labour government and we challenge them on it and say that's not rights and its time to end the genocide" Naga Munchetty, "This has been described as a sectarian approach to campaigning. Thousands Of New Yorkers Just Attended A Nazi Parade For Israel, And Other Notes Multiple far right Israeli ministers attended New York City’s Israel Day Parade on Sunday, including Israel’s genocidal finance minister Bezalel Smotrich. Smotrich is ideologically not significantly different from a Nazi. Which means New York City just hosted a Nazi parade that was attended by thousands of people. New York officials are acting shocked and appalled by Smotrich’s appearance at the march, but “I can’t believe there were Israeli officials at the Israel parade” is kind of a hard sell. This is just what supporting Israel looks like: standing shoulder to shoulder with genocidal extremists and making common cause with them. That’s what Israel is. ❖ Americans are growing concerned about the latest Israeli military nightmare, which of course means it’s time for Axios to publish another article telling them the president has got it all under control. The latest Axios narrative management op is titled “Trump fumes at Netanyahu in call on Lebanon,” claiming the president admonished the Israeli prime minister that he is “fucking crazy” over Israel’s escalation in Lebanon, saying “You’d be in prison if it weren’t for me. I’m saving your ass. Everybody hates you now. Everybody hates Israel because of this.” As usual the article was authored by Israeli intelligence insider Barak Ravid, who has made an entire career out of falsely reporting that the US president is furious with Netanyahu and is moments away from twisting Israel’s arm to make peace. Some Barak Ravid headlines from the Biden administration include the following: Biden “running out” of patience with Bibi as Gaza war hits 100 days Scoop: Biden in “frustrating” call told Bibi to solve Palestinian tax revenue issue Biden’s ultimatum to Bibi: Change Gaza policy or we will White House temperature is “very high” ahead of Biden-Bibi call “We won’t support you”: Inside Biden’s ultimatum to Bibi Israel and U.S. deeply divided in meeting on key Rafah operation issues Biden and Bibi “red lines” for Rafah put them on a collision course Biden-Bibi clash escalates as U.S. accused of undermining Israeli government Biden and Netanyahu hold first call in a month amid public split Biden breaks with Netanyahu but sticks with Israel Biden on hot mic: Told Bibi we needed “come to Jesus” meeting on Gaza Biden, in rare criticism, warns Netanyahu that Israel risks losing global support Biden, in rare criticism of Bibi, says pause in Gaza fighting should have come sooner Scoop: Blinken warns Israeli officials global pressure will grow longer war goes on Israeli minister lambasted at White House about Gaza and war strategy Scoop: Biden tells Bibi he’s not in it for a year of war in Gaza Blinken unloads on Bibi: “You need a coherent plan” or face disaster in Gaza Scoop: White House cancels meeting, scolds Netanyahu in protest over video Netanyahu irked by “critical” Harris comments Needless to say, Biden continued shipping weapons to Israel throughout the Gaza holocaust until the moment he left office in January of last year. There was never any meaningful conflict between the White House and Tel Aviv then, and we may safely assume that there there is no meaningful conflict between the White House and Tel Aviv today. As Antiwar’s Dave DeCamp notes, the Israeli press are reporting that Netanyahu’s planned attack on Beirut has been drawn up in coordination with Washington. ❖ A new UN report accuses Israel of rape and sexual abuse of Palestinian prisoners, yet another entry into the mountains upon mountains of evidence for this already well-established fact. It’s crazy how the actual, serious hasbara narrative about all these reports is that there’s a giant global antisemitic conspiracy in which all humanitarian institutions are collaborating with mainstream news outlets in a sinister plot to make Israel look bad. ❖ The Zionist PR operation StopAntisemitism has a multi-paragraph post up on Twitter right now complaining that a hospital receptionist wore a keffiyeh at work, and it made a Jewish woman feel upset. That’s it. That’s the whole entire story. A Jewish person’s feelings felt upset about a piece of cloth. People are getting ripped to shreds by Israeli bombs in Lebanon and Gaza, but this is what we all need to focus on. When people talk about “skyrocketing levels of antisemitic incidents”, it’s mostly just stuff like this. ❖ Australia’s antisemitism czar released a document which simultaneously asserts that “Antisemitism and antizionism are both expressions of hatred towards Jews” AND that “It is antisemitic to conflate the policies of the Israeli government with the views of Jewish Australians”. These two sentences are contradictory and mutually exclusive. They cannot both be true. If it’s wrong to conflate all Jews with Israel, then it cannot be right to conflate a rejection of the pro-Israel political ideology with a hatred toward all Jews. It’s either one or the other. It can’t be both. Just in case you wanted a little more insight into how absurd and incoherent this fake “antisemitism” panic is.

Israel Is Beginning To Choke On Its Own Lies Netanyahu has confirmed reports that Israel plans an extreme escalation in Gaza which will entail the total military occupation of the entire enclave and the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, which the Israeli spin machine has termed “voluntary migration”. To be clear, anyone who says the expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza would be “voluntary” is lying. Starving a population and deliberately making their land uninhabitable is exactly the same as forcing them out at gunpoint. Saying “leave or you’ll starve” is not meaningfully different from saying “leave or I’ll shoot you in the head”. Israel’s planned mass expulsion will be as forced and involuntary as any in recorded history. President Trump has fully signed off on this move, washing his hands of the mass atrocity he is cosigning by telling the press that it’s going to be “pretty much up to Israel.” Trump is lying. It’s up to him. That’s why more than 600 former senior Israeli security officials from Mossad and Shin Bet just sent Trump a letter urging him to compel Netanyahu to make peace in Gaza. They understand that the US president has always had the power to end the Gaza holocaust; numerous Israeli insiders have said that this mass atrocity would not be possible without US assistance. Trump could end all this at any time, and chooses not to. This makes him one of the most evil people in the world. This whole genocide is powered by lies. Netanyahu just told Fox News that the horrifying aerial footage of the destruction in Gaza that we’ve been seeing is because every single building in Gaza was booby trapped with explosives by Hamas. “The reason you see the flattened buildings is because Hamas booby traps every single building,” Netanyahu said. “So when we come in, we first have the population moved even though Hamas tries to keep them in the combat zones. But after they move, and we start to move into the neighborhoods that are now populated only by terrorists, they ignite these booby traps. So what we do is we put in an APC, an armored personnel carrier, with a lot of explosives. Detonate it. It sets off all the booby traps and the buildings begin to collapse as a result of that. They’re empty buildings, they’re not populated buildings.” Absolutely nobody believes this is true. Not one single person alive on this earth sincerely believes that Gaza now looks like a gravel parking lot because Hamas placed explosives inside every single building. Netanyahu doesn’t believe it. Israel’s most venomous supporters don’t believe it. It’s just part of the nonstop fountain of lies they are spewing to avoid acknowledging what we all know we’re looking at. They’ve told so many lies by now that they’ve got to keep lying and lying just to stay afloat, like a man desperately treading water to avoid drowning. This genocide is one nonstop insult to our intelligence. It’s actually degrading at this point. The lies Israel and its supporters have to pretend to believe are getting so ridiculous that supporting Israel is now an act of public humiliation and self-debasement. Former Israeli prime minister Naftali Bennett has a long rant on his social media accounts complaining that Israel’s “status in the United States is collapsing”, including among Republicans, with public sentiment turning against them because of what is happening in Gaza. As you might expect, Bennett does not frame this as a sign that Israel should stop committing genocide in Gaza, but rather complains of a crisis of “antisemitism” in the United States, and accuses Netanyahu of failing to adequately propagandize Americans. “Jews in the United States are subject to a torrential wave of anti-Semitism, like him I don’t remember in my life,” Bennett moans, adding, “Antisemites increase to compare the ‘hunger’ in Gaza to the Holocaust, and thus reduce the memory of the Holocaust. They act that the hunger accusation will haunt israel its citizens, our soldiers, for generations.” “If Netanyahu’s propaganda men worked against the enemies of Israel *outside* a tenth of the talent, speed and dedication with which they operate the propaganda machine against their political rivals *inside* israel our situation would be amazing,” Bennet writes, saying he wants to “re-establish a rapid and synchronized explanation headquarters”. “Explanation” is the literal translation of the Hebrew word “hasbara”, i.e. pro-Israel propaganda. Meanwhile the term “hasbara” itself is reportedly being abandoned by the Israeli Foreign Ministry, as westerners have come to associate the term with genocide propaganda. The Times of Israel reports: “Long referred to as hasbara, a term used to denote both public relations and propaganda that has been freighted with negative baggage in recent years, the ministry now brands its approach as toda’a — which translates to ‘awareness’ or ‘consciousness’ — an apparent shift toward broader, more proactive messaging.” So they’re not abandoning the genocide, and they’re not abandoning the genocide propaganda, they’re just abandoning the word for the genocide propaganda because people have come to associate that word with propaganda in support of genocide. The entire Zionist project is built on a foundation of lies. And their lies are starting to catch up with them. They’re now at a point where the lies are beginning to damage the public image they’re intended to protect. When a liar is recognized as a liar, his lies will forevermore work only as an antidote to his past lies, and as a light to further expose his intent. From that point on any lie he tells just shows people how ugly his character and intentions really are. There is no other weapon that works that way. No other weapon which when it’s seen immediately stops working, actively disarms the attacker, starts fixing what he broke, and starts attacking him. Truth will win in the end. Reading by Tim Foley:

Despite ideologically contrasting backgrounds, their relationship blossomed on the foundations of mutual admiration, respect, and a shared commitment to the nation. When Narendra Modi became Prime Minister in 2014, he was stepping onto the national stage after over a decade as Chief Minister of Gujarat. My father, then President of India, with his vast experience in governance, became an indispensable guide to Narendra Modi. I remember how warmly Baba welcomed him, offering his support in constitutional matters while respecting their distinct roles. During their very first meeting after Narendra Modi’s electoral victory in 2014, the Prime Minister touched my father’s feet—a gesture of reverence that left a lasting impression on everyone. Baba later told me about that moment and how he candidly assured Narendra Modi: “We belong to two different ideologies, but the people have given you a mandate. I will not interfere with governance—that is your job. But I will be there if you need help in any constitutional matter.” Narendra Modi often acknowledged the significance of this assurance, recounting in one of my conversations with him. He said, “For Dada to say this was a big thing. From the beginning, there was openness and honesty between us.” Baba’s diary entries revealed just how profound their bond was. He noted that even when Narendra Modi was Gujarat’s Chief Minister and a vocal critic of the Congress, he always touched Baba’s feet during their private meetings. “I don’t know why, but he has a strange soft corner for me,” Baba once wrote. Their connection extended beyond governance into shared values and spirituality. Baba once told Narendra Modi that their bond might stem from their mutual reverence for Swami Vivekananda and Shri Ramakrishna Paramahansa, central figures in the Ramakrishna Mission. Narendra Modi often referred to my father as a mentor, especially during his early days as Prime Minister. Baba’s wisdom and experience in navigating the complexities of governance provided invaluable guidance. At Baba’s farewell ceremony as President in 2017, Narendra Modi delivered an emotional speech, calling him “a father figure” and “a mentor who inspired me to work harder for the nation.” This admiration was mutual. In his memoir, The Presidential Years: 2012–2017, Baba praised Narendra Modi’s decisiveness and work ethic while acknowledging occasional policy disagreements. He appreciated Narendra Modi’s governance reforms and his ability to connect with people. Baba wrote in his diary, “Modi has a very professional approach to statecraft. He truly feels the pulse of the people.” He also observed that, after Indira Gandhi, Narendra Modi is one of the rare Prime Ministers who not only understands the pulse of the people but also possesses immense political strength. My father also had some initial apprehensions about how Narendra Modi, coming from state politics and without prior experience in national or parliamentary roles, would handle India’s complex foreign policy. PM Modi’s transition from state politics to the national stage, becoming a Member of Parliament and then the Prime Minister, was a significant leap. However, my father was quick to appreciate PM Modi's ability to adapt and excel. He remarked in several interviews, how PM Modi swiftly grasped the intricacies of India’s foreign policy—a domain known for its complexity. During his 2014 oath-taking ceremony, Narendra Modi made a decision to invite the SAARC leaders, a gesture that my father deeply appreciated. He considered it a highly innovative and strategic initiative, remarking that PM Modi is truly an out-of-the-box thinker. My father not only praised this bold move but also offered a word of advice to the Prime Minister to ensure that security arrangements were exceptionally tight. Their bond extended beyond official duties. I recall an instance when Narendra Modi, learning that Baba felt uneasy without work after retiring as President, personally called him. “Dada, please don’t be depressed. Your words of wisdom have great value for the nation. You should speak your mind at seminars and public events,” he told Baba. This simple yet thoughtful gesture showcased the depth of their connection. One of the most heartfelt moments in their relationship was Narendra Modi’s handwritten farewell letter to Baba, calling him a “father figure” and expressing deep gratitude. Baba was touched by this gesture and even shared the letter on social media, showcasing the emotional bond they shared. When Baba passed away in August 2020, Narendra Modi’s tributes revealed the void his absence left in his life. Calling Baba a “guide and mentor,” Narendra Modi emphasized his commitment to placing the nation above political divides. When Baba was awarded the Bharat Ratna, I remember seeing Narendra Modi Ji’s face beam with pride. He was genuinely happy, a moment that reflected the magnanimity of his government in honouring stalwarts irrespective of political affiliations. My father often said, “Modi is a quick learner and a hard worker.” The work ethic Narendra Modi demonstrated—reportedly working up to 20 hours a day—resonated with my father, who shared a similar dedication to public service during his career. Their relationship is a powerful example of how mutual respect and shared dedication to national progress can transcend political differences. Their relationship leaves a legacy of unity and statesmanship for future generations to emulate #ModiStory

On the Commentary Magazine podcast today, prominent Jewish intellectual John Podhoretz criticized JD Vance's comments on the Iran deal. These kinds of attacks are probably bad for the admin and the GOP, but they are certainly harmful to Israel. I don't mean to single out Mr. Podhoretz; he is merely the most intelligent and coherent person to express an ongoing pattern on Twitter these days. >Every couple of weeks the VP will express himself on the Israel issue. >People will read into his comments. >Then get angry about the "implication" or the "implicit meaning," or even, as I heard from someone else, it's what Vance "didn't say" that is "the real problem." >Spend the next two or three days attacking Vance. Now, I don't need to explain to you that this is shadowboxing. Since the outrage is at things that Vance didn't actually say, there's no way to disprove them. In fact, it seems likely that no matter WHAT the VP says, someone will throw a fit and say he's anti-Israel. In reality, Vance only said what every American statesman ought to know: Sometimes Israel and America have diverging interests, just like any other two countries. Nothing nefarious about it. I don't think it's good for the admin or for the GOP's '28 prospects to be having succession battles in the media, nor do Vance and Rubio, who have mostly kept quiet on the issue. From King David we learn that the best leader chooses his own heir. But perhaps lust for power is too strong to keep people from starting the primaries early. If you want to engage in this Republican-on-Republican war, fine, it's a free country. But have you not noticed that neither Benjamin Netanyahu - בנימין נתניהו, nor Danny Danon 🇮🇱 דני דנון, nor Gideon Sa'ar | גדעון סער, nor any other prominent Israeli official has participated in this backbiting? The Israeli media, even at its most hawkish, is almost completely silent on JD Vance. Have you asked yourself why? Because the last thing that Israel needs is to be turned into a cudgel to beat the sitting Vice President of the United States. Such a strategy might be good for certain groups in American politics—that's for them to decide—but it is certainly NOT in the interests of the Jewish State. Particularly since there are enough anti-Zionists in American politics who are very vocal about their opposition to Israel, it is completely bizarre to fixate on the Talmudic interpretation of the "implicit" meanings of the words of one man. Israel is fighting a war in Iran, it doesn't need to be picking fights in the Whitehouse. So, if you want to engage in GOP friendly-fire, please leave Israel out of it.
