Couldn't have been a few hours ago. I live near Anchorage and the sun didn't come up until one hour ago. The mountains look as they are right now, but not the sky. The office buildings are reflecting light from across the inlet, meaning the video was taken in the afternoon, around 3:30 p.m. Alaska time.
