Reality .

This looks like possibly a misfired rocket to me, from the marks on the ground, but not exclusively. The van on fire is too far away for the death/injuries of the men to be the consequence of e.g. a drone hitting the van (even though I think drones can be heard in the background), also the positions of the men would indicate, that the explosion which hit them, came from behind the stand, and not ahead of the stand, where the van is located; as I said from the still I've seen previously, it looks like the dead man (the man next to the lemon stand) might have been thrown off by a blast wave and hit his head in the fall (look at the way his pants are ripped), while the other man (the one who's still alive, or at least moving) seems to have been hit by a shrapnel possibly on this leg. The child/teenager spitting blood seems to be a bystander.

Damn with those Hamas! They should stop killing their own people!!!
