I'm curious how you would know what "phase shifting through dimensions" looks like...

What I find strange is that their lights seem to mimic those of drones or airplanes. However, you can tell something is off, they look unusual, and their pulsations aren't periodic but rather random. Really makes me wonder what the heck these things are...
