Breaking News, The Republic of Balochistan, Baloch defense and security forces obtained control over road and transportation and constructions. This is the Kharan area of Sotkagan, where Baloch fighters used heavy machinery to dismantle the main bridge connecting Kharan with Karachi. As a result, the movement of mineral-loaded vehicles and exploitation of the Baloch mineral has been suspended for an indefinite period. No bomb blast or IED was used. Instead, Baloch defense and security forces are using bulldozers and heavy machinery to create blockades by destroying bridges and cutting off connectivity to disrupt the movement of enemy military contingencies. The Pakistani invading forces have been unable to visit the site. It is worth noting that on 11 August, a gas pipeline was blown up in Bolan, which took Pakistan six days to repair. Pakistani forces are reportedly unable to travel by road after 6 p.m., while even during daylight hours, they are unable to remain for more than 20 minutes in Baloch areas.

Big breaking 🚨 7 occupying army personnel in custody, one-week POW exchange deadline — BLA Detailed statement: During Operation Herof phase II, Baloch Liberation Army freedom fighters arrested seventeen occupying Pakistani army personnel on different fronts. After initial investigation, ten of these personnel were given released after warnings due to their Baloch identity and affiliation with local police and Levies. This decision was taken keeping in mind ground realities, local identity and interest of Baloch people. The remaining seven personnel, associated with regular units of the enemy Pakistani army are in custody of BLA. A formal hearing was held against them in Baloch National Court. During this court proceeding, they were charged with war crimes, acts against civilian populations, aiding and abetting enforced disappearances and practical participation in committing Baloch genocide. During the court proceedings, accused were given an opportunity to explain themselves, evidence was presented and confessional statements were recorded. After completing all stages, court found them guilty of the charges. However, Command Council of Baloch Liberation Army has decided to give Pakistan a seven-day grace deadline in accordance with international norms of war and prevailing regulations regarding exchange of prisoners. During this period, if occupying state formally expresses willingness to exchange prisoners of war, these seven military personnel can be exchanged for release of Baloch prisoners of war. It is noteworthy Baloch Liberation Army had earlier offered occupying army on various occasions to exchange prisoners of war, but instead of making serious progress, Pakistani army ignored lives of its personnel and did not proceed with the exchange process. Once again, it is made clear through this announcement that release of the seven arrested military personnel is conditional on release of Baloch prisoners of war. If practical and formal progress is not made by occupying state within one week, death sentence given to them will be executed as per orders of Baloch National Court. Baloch Liberation Army believes that even in war situations, principles, rules and mutual responsibilities exist. Now the decision rests with occupying Pakistani state whether it takes serious steps to protect lives of its personnel or prefers death of its rented personnel by adopting silence and indifference as usual. Breaking News; 9th July, 2026 According to sources, a growing number of Pashtun and Baloch personnel serving in the Police, Military, Frontier Corps (FC), and Levies have reportedly begun resigning from their positions in a massive number. Two days ago, 21 policemen were killed. According to these reports, instead of deploying ambulances to recover the bodies of the fallen Pashtun policemen, the Pakistani invading forces transported them in public vehicles without refrigerated facilities. Many Pashtuns have viewed this as a profound insult to the sacrifices of those who lost their lives. According to local Pashtuns, the incident has strengthened the belief among many serving personnel that there is little value in remaining part of Pakistani forces that, in their view, cannot even provide the dignity of an ambulance to transport their own fallen members.

In Killi Yar Muhammad Sonaro, Wadh, FC firing killed four civilians and injured several others, including seven year old Shahzaib. Four civilians are dead. A seven year old child has been shot. This is the human cost of military operations being imposed on Baloch communities in the name of security. For Baloch people, this violence is neither new nor exceptional. Civilians are killed, people are forcibly disappeared, homes are raided, families are harassed, young men are arbitrarily detained, and entire communities are subjected to military force. Year after year, the same violence is repeated across Balochistan, while Baloch lives are treated as though they are expendable and entire populations can be punished for the actions of others. How many Baloch civilians must be killed before this can no longer be called a “security operation”? How many children must be shot before their lives are considered worth protecting? How many families must lose their children before the violence inflicted on Baloch communities is treated with the horror it deserves? Seven year old Shahzaib should never have been shot. Four civilians should not be dead. These are not acceptable costs of maintaining security. Baloch children cannot be made to grow up under guns, and Baloch civilians cannot continue to be killed, disappeared, detained and terrorised while their suffering is justified in the language of security. There is no security in making an entire people fear for their lives.
