This is fake. Look at the Arkham screenshot's FROM/TO columns: it's BlackRock's own wallet to BlackRock's own address. Coinbase Prime is IBIT's prime execution agent — moving BTC there is custody, not selling. There are even ETH rows in the feed, and IBIT is bitcoin-only.
