She genuinely wants them to believe that Charlie is joining in on the attacks against his wife and friends from the afterlife. She has many of them convinced that Charlie’s spirit is helping them to destroy everything he built. On the other hand however I’m now personally convinced that Candace doesn’t believe in an afterlife at all.
