She is from Westnile, her husband was a police officer who died two months and she has a special needs child but the same Uganda Police Force officers tried to forcefully evict her by attempting to break the house while her and the child were inside. The OC slapped her twice in the process, how inhuman can one be? This system was NEVER meant to protect us and it is very absurd! This woman suffers from fructophobia, she was a fear of fruits. When she was younger, she was fine with them however as she got older it got much worst. When in the presence of fruit she starts getting severe anxiety and crippling fear. Her boyfriend is trying to help her overcome her fear of fruit. He goes out and buys different fruits every week and they sit at the table and try them together. Her first bite, she cried due to fear but it did get easier on her. A disturbing incident took place at a lake. The sister of a young Black girl says a man pulled up his dock ladder while her sibling was trying to climb out of the water. The girl cried out that she could not breathe and begged for help, but the man refused, telling her to go around. She wanted it turned "on" for herself and for her husband. Once John asked a few questions, he discovered something deeper. She had traumatic events from her past. She had shared some of it with her husband. But not all. She was afraid to tell him everything, so she held it inside. That fear, that holding back, was showing up in the bedroom. We often think intimacy is just the physical act. But intimacy is bringing yourself, all the vulnerable, hidden parts, and letting your spouse see it. When your naked you are exposed and vulnerable. One part of the interview stood out. She had mentioned therapy before. Her husband told her it was a waste of time. If you wife has an issue and she's coming to you providing a potential solution you should pay attention. The message she got from her husband even though he was probably trying to help is either he doesn't hear me, or I'm being dismissed. Your wife needs to know that she can be vulnerable with you and show you what hurts her and not feel like she's going to be dismissed. You want to be a safe place she can run to, not a place she feels she needs to hide from.

A baby elephant fell into a man-made waterhole after stopping for a drink and was too small to climb back out on its own. Panicked, the mother elephant rushed to her calf's side and tried everything she could to help, but she was unable to free it. She also stood guard, protecting her baby from potential predators while waiting for help to arrive. Fortunately, a rescue team quickly reached the scene by helicopter. Using ropes and teamwork, they carefully pulled the stranded calf to safety. As soon as it was rescued, the baby elephant immediately ran to find its mother. The emotional reunion was heartwarming, and the mother elephant even appeared to bow her head as if thanking the rescuers for saving her precious calf. 🐘💞
