It had looked like 40-50 people out there or so, lots of kids. A few of the Albertans left already like Qweenie (she's going to a funeral today and was drunk on live at home for hours). Elliot McDavid and his wife left too afaik & Santa (Darryl) was headed back to Three Hills.

Jim Kerr just went live and it appears they're getting the message from the CFIA that Colin Bigbear is now worried about via a reporter who spoke to Katie Pasitney. I know news already reported before this weekend that the CFIA won't communicate in advance when they're coming.

This morning Katie said she spoke with a Canadian Press reporter who allegedly told her CFIA said they would no longer compensate the farm for the ostriches because they didn't cull the birds themselves. She also claimed the reporter was crying & the cull is bec of Big Pharma.

Anything the CFIA told a reporter would have been during business hours last week. BTW Jim says Pat King and Katie have spoken and Pat's invited her to talk with him on his show in Montreal. Katie is sure doing the whole convoy/far right circuit, including the Rebel.

Developing issue at the ostrich farm. Cfia inform the family that there is a bird that's not drinking and they suspect it's dehydrated. Dave came to the police line with the farm vet with a bag of electrolytes to give the bird. The RCMP were told by cfia not to let them in. Since the farm vet is retired, she's been denied access by cfia. All right be there. I'm about to let you back. Unacceptable to say the least. Especially when cfia claims they gave the bird electrolytes but nobody can verify it because they're hiding from everybody.

She also says that despite numerous of her constituents and Green party members being alarmed by the potential CFIA ostrich cull, she has not officially sent any letters or acted, since January, 2025. She does say however that the CFIA could do themselves a favor by retesting the birds, for infection. What a disgusting sentiment from a GREEN leader!!

OP BIRDCOUNT - Count 7 November 5, 2025 CFIA has moved almost all ostriches out of the front pens and back towards the kill pen. Many are huddled together in the chute to the kill pen for shelter and warmth. It has been cold, wet and snowing and the birds have little to no cover. This video seems to show the lowest number of birds yet, how many do count? The interim stay order states that CFIA must maintain custody but clearly they are preparing the remaining animals for destruction while not maintaining proper care if them.

BREAKING: CFIA informs Universal Ostrich Farm that the warrant has been served but they will be "allowed" to spend the night. If they do not leave tomorrow there "could be consequences". An ostrich hen who was spooked by a low flying government drone ran through a fence yesterday and is hurt (👀Pic inserted by me into the video). The CFIA is refusing to let the farm owners treat the hen and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has proven to be incompetent in providing care for the injured bird. I guess the CFIA specialize in killing birds but not caring for them. So why did the Supreme Court rule that CFIA should be placed in charge of the ostriches welfare? I am not a lawyer, so I must ask all of you, can Katie & Karen file a motion to replace the CFIA as caregivers, based on the CFIA not being able to provide humane care? If Katie & Karen are not allowed to care for the birds, only someone else who is competent should be placed in charge of their well being. At this point the Supreme Court of Canada has empowered animal cruelty, which is not the role of the Supreme Court.

A detailed list of birds was given to the Vets, however the UoF has been prevented from tending to the animals leading to the death of 35 year old Spirit. The CFIA says even if they had a negative test, they will still die. Over 600 Canadian farmers have undergone massive slaughter of healthy animals. Miracle at ostrich farm: Rental company pulls out of CFIA cull plan Clearway, initially unaware of the rental's purpose, demanded the immediate return of all vehicles. Clearway Car & Truck Rentals has pulled its vehicles from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s (CFIA) plan to cull 400 healthy ostriches at Universal Ostrich Farms in Edgewood, B.C. A source informed Rebel News of a scheduled cull, likely this weekend, to be executed by Clearway, a rented government agency. Clearway, initially unaware of the rental's purpose, demanded the immediate return of all vehicles. COO Jeremy Olsen told Rebel News the company acted swiftly upon learning how their vehicles would be used. “This is not a hill for us to die on. A lot of us are animal lovers,” Olsen stated. “We do not want to be associated with this,” he continued. “We have phoned CFIA and demanded that these vehicles be returned immediately, and that we do not want to be part of this culling. I don't care if I have to fly to Castlegar and [get] them myself.” Rebel News was at Edgewood farm when the Pasitney family, via daughter Katie Pasitney, learned the news. Through tears, Katie called it "a win," saying "This is all it takes," and declared Clearway Car & Truck Rentals "heroes on the right side of history." Olsen reported receiving a flood of emails, calls, and threats from individuals angered by the company's presumed involvement. He emphasized that the backlash was misdirected, stating: “We are all animal lovers here. Canada's morality in question as mass killing looms Hundreds of ostriches' fate to be decided by Supreme Court on November 6. On Thursday, the Supreme Court of Canada will decide whether it will hear an appeal made by Universal Ostrich Farms, which is seeking to stop the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) from killing all of its ostriches. This critical story touches on every aspect of Canada's governance practices, and morality. This farm in BC raises ostriches, which are studied for purposes of advancing science, specifically natural immunity. These birds are not raised to be slaughtered like poultry; instead, their value comes from long-term study of the birds, alive, and their eggs. In comes the CFIA in December 2024, on an anonymous tip that some of the ostriches were sick. The agency reportedly used overly sensitive tests on two deceased birds to obtain a positive test for avian flu. Consequently, without testing any remaining ostriches, the CFIA decided all the ostriches must be killed.
