American taxpayers spent millions more making it one of the most sophisticated aircraft on the planet. But when Trump leaves office, the plane doesn’t stay with the government. It goes with him. The Constitution is clear: a president cannot accept a gift from a foreign government without the consent of Congress. We never consented to this.
