According to Queens residents who were at the scene he NYPD took 45 minutes to respond to an incident where a man suffered multiple broken bones (serious injuries) after being assaulted by a gang of jackals and struck with weapons. Another man was also assaulted and his car was destroyed after being lit on fire, all of which was captured on camera. Question for NYPD NEWS: Were the criminal reports taken for Felony Gang Assault, Felony Assault, Felony Reckless Endangerment, Felony Arson along with many misdemeanor charges or did the NYPD 109th Precinct just make sure that “Crime Is Down” and take the reports as misdemeanors ? I would bet the latter
