I’m still stuck on USAID having a base in Egypt. Are they in every country? What a sneaky, underhanded method for planting & rooting ops worldwide, in the name of “aid”… literally. What other branches of gov, besides military, have bureaus in foreign countries? Intel? State? Or just a myriad of shadowy NGOs?!
