We tried to save money but it backfired. Bought 3 second-hand injection moulding machines. They worked fine for 2 weeks. Then everything started breaking: * SMPS failure * Oil leak * Barrel + screw damage Now 2 of 3 are down. Production is stuck. Stress and repair bills are rising. What looked like a smart move ended up slowing us down. Lesson learned: If it’s cheap, it usually costs more later.
