Unions are so damaging to our economy and our country. Their usefulness went extinct about fifty years ago. Now all they’re good at doing is guaranteeing that companies will move their manufacturing off shore to avoid union extortion and bullying. A free market is the best for freedom.

I immediately sought out railroad maintenance workers after this event. To a man, each stated that, despite repeated alerts to higher-ups, necessary repairs were put off for some reason or another. Always ask the ones on the ground, those that see the issues every day.
