Food security is a national security issue…. This president cares about upholding the law and we will be a nation of laws that will make sure the laws are applied equally to everyone and that we no longer pick winners and losers and decide what law we’re going to enforce and who it applies to.

I've been a part of the military community for 31 years now. I've served as a Force Recon Marine and DoD contractor with 8 departments to Afghanistan as part of a JSOC Task Force, I founded one of the most impactful VSOs - Mighty Oaks - severing over a 1/2 a million service members, I've led humanitarian rescue operations around the globe in collaboration with the pentagon, JSOC, and other government agencies. And with all that, I absolutely believe Pete Hegseth is the right choice for SecDef at this moment in history. Our military is strategically capable, but it's hurting in the areas of moral, recruitment, and retention - the 3 biggest threats to our national security. We need a leader from outside of the institution to come in and systematically reform our military in these areas. It is essential to the war fighting culture, capability, and our national defense. Pete has demonstrated a vision and plan to do just that.
