You are a true Irish hero Enoch and of the highest integrity of any man, I admire your crusading spirit and warrior soul, it’s people like you that will get Ireland back and save many children from this evil ideology called transgenderism, I would strongly suggest you do an interview with John McGuirk or Ben Scallon from gript media, they are the only honest media outlet left in Ireland, thank you for all you do, it must be horrendous for yourself and your family but truth always prevails in the end.

BREAKING: Teacher Enoch Burke thrown into prison van and moved suddenly to Castlerea Prison On Sunday morning teacher Enoch Burke was told to gather his belongings and bring them to a prison van. He was then put into the van and brought on a two-and-a-half-hour journey to a new location, Castlerea Prison. At no point was he told where he was being brought, or for what reason. Upon arrival in Castlerea Prison he was consigned to a filthy committal landing. Prison authorities told him he was being given a job “in the kitchen.” Enoch Burke has a job. He is a teacher of German and History at Wilson’s Hospital School. He was taken from that job in 2022 and thrown into a prison cell by corrupt judges after he refused to endorse transgender ideology. His incarceration is an abomination. Enoch Burke’s removal from Mountjoy Prison is a violation of the order of Judge Brian Cregan of 19 January. That order specifically stated that Enoch Burke was to be detained in Mountjoy Prison in Dublin until further order of the High Court: “AND IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant be conveyed by the Commissioner and Members of An Garda Síochána to Mountjoy Prison and that he thereupon be lodged in Mountjoy Prison to be detained therein until he purges his contempt and is discharged pursuant to further Order of this Court”. There has been no further order. Enoch Burke, an innocent man, is now detained in Castlerea Prison without lawful authority. The removal to Castlerea Prison is deeply prejudicial to Enoch Burke as he is now over two hours from the courts where cases relating to his unjust incarceration are ongoing. Today Dr Isaac Burke raised this urgent matter before Judge Brian Cregan in the High Court. Judge Cregan prevaricated and obfuscated in response. He denied any knowledge of the development and showed little interest in the violation by the prison authorities of his own order. It is a dangerous state of affairs when a matter of this importance, the unlawful detention of an innocent man, can be taken so lightly by a High Court Judge.

This changed after barrister for Wilson’s Hospital School Rosemary Mallon appeared in court yesterday - utterly unbeknown to Enoch Burke or his family. After this, it was ordered by Judge Cregan that Enoch Burke appear by video-link from prison. This meant he would have no legal support from family. Today Isaac Burke and Sean Burke attended the High Court in Dublin. However Judge Brian Cregan refused to give judgment in Enoch Burke’s case while Isaac Burke and his father Sean were in the courtroom. Isaac Burke had asked why Enoch Burke’s name had been removed from the Mountjoy Prison list to be produced in person for the High Court hearing. Approximately five Gardaí removed Isaac Burke from the courtroom for simply asking a question and subsequently removed Sean Burke. This is Ireland in 2025 - “justice” is being done behind closed doors, contrary to the constitutional guarantee that justice be administered in public. Enoch Burke has been slandered by Judge Cregan, who referred in his judgment last week to affidavits by “pupils and teachers in the school” in order to sully and blacken his character. These affidavits simply do not exist. This is treachery in the courts. Judge Cregan stated that Enoch Burke was “stalking the school, its teachers and its pupils”. A stalking offence under Irish criminal law carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison. It is a matter of the utmost gravity that a High Court judge would recklessly toss such an accusation against a young man without a shred of evidence to back it up. Tragically, media present in the room — RTE, Irish Independent, Irish Daily Mail and others — are continually failing to bring true reports to the public.

BREAKING: BISHOP “CONCERNED FOR PRISONERS’ RIGHTS” BUT SILENT ON ENOCH BURKE (500 DAYS IN PRISON) When asked about the ongoing incarceration of teacher Enoch Burke after he would not endorse transgender ideology, Bishop Martin Hayes said, “I have nothing to say.” Bishop Martin Hayes is the Catholic Bishop of Kilmore (Co. Cavan) and Liaison Bishop to the Irish Prison Service. On 27 November Bishop Hayes released a statement, widely reported in the media, expressing his deep concern at the commencement of certain building works at the Chapel in Mountjoy Prison where teacher Enoch Burke is imprisoned. The Bishop said there had not been appropriate consultation with prisoners or with prison chaplains regarding this project, and that the “rush to complete works on the prison chapel, without full consultation with all stakeholders” was “an affront to prisoners and their families.” RTÉ News reported that the Chapel is used by about 25 prisoners once every two weeks. The Bishop added that “I can only conclude that…prisoners’ rights in Mountjoy – in terms of their freedom of religious expression – have been suppressed by authorities.” Only a minute’s walk from the Mountjoy Prison Chapel, however, is the cell which holds Enoch Burke, a Christian teacher incarcerated for his religious beliefs. Enoch Burke has spent over 500 days in prison after refusing to use the ‘they’ pronoun to address a child, and thus encourage that child on the road to ‘transitioning’, puberty blockers, irreversible surgery, severe mental health issues, and sadly for many, suicide. The Irish Courts have categorically denied him his constitutional rights to freedom of religion and expression and have taken his liberty from him for over 500 days. Bishop Martin Hayes expresses ‘alarm’ at building works in a chapel, but has maintained a deafening silence on Enoch Burke for the almost two-and-a-half years since he was first imprisoned. In his role as Bishop, Martin Hayes lays claim to be “the qualified representative of Christ”, “representing the Lord in the authentic and fullest form.” He claims to be the direct successor of the Apostles including Peter and Paul, responsible for guiding and instructing the flock of Christ. Yet when we asked Bishop Hayes about his silence on Enoch Burke, and indeed on the entire issue of anti-Christian transgender ideology with its catastrophic and irreversible impact on young people particularly, he declared that he had “nothing to say.” It makes little sense that a man who claims to be the “successor of the Apostles” (men who laid down their lives for the truth) has nothing to say on the imprisonment of a teacher for upholding the most basic Christian belief as expressed by Christ in the Gospels - “He which made them in the beginning, made them male and female” (Matthew 19:4).

Bishop Martin Hayes expresses ‘alarm’ at building works in a chapel, but has maintained a deafening silence on Enoch Burke for the almost two-and-a-half years since he was first imprisoned. In his role as Bishop, Martin Hayes lays claim to be “the qualified representative of Christ”, “representing the Lord in the authentic and fullest form.” He claims to be the direct successor of the Apostles including Peter and Paul, responsible for guiding and instructing the flock of Christ. Yet when we asked Bishop Hayes about his silence on Enoch Burke, and indeed on the entire issue of anti-Christian transgender ideology with its catastrophic and irreversible impact on young people particularly, he declared that he had “nothing to say.” It makes little sense that a man who claims to be the “successor of the Apostles” (men who laid down their lives for the truth) has nothing to say on the imprisonment of a teacher for upholding the most basic Christian belief as expressed by Christ in the Gospels - “He which made them in the beginning, made them male and female” (Matthew 19:4).
