I saw a person teleport on Sept.22, 2026 at DC central library and I wanted to question her... this is the second time at a library...that first incident , I did report. First time a black woman, second time a white library employee. Happened a few times with other persons too... Russia and China are just as well informed about the phenomena as the US...
