Bill Gates' solution is to form an international task force to take over public health policy. He calls this the GERM team (Global Epidemic Response & Mobilization), and the members would answer to the WHO, and bark orders to Americans from their foreign countries. He is asking for $1 billion a year and 3000 members on full time salary. This would essentially supplant the authority of Trump medical freedom experts, who proved they were on OUR side by resisting the shots, lockdowns, and experimental tyranny. Birx says we need to treat this like the bioweapon pandemic and pre-emptively lock down through mass PCR testing.
