@BasEickhout It seems like the Greens have poor math skills as their party lost 1 seat vs 2023. Since they merged two parties but operate separately in the EU they don’t have 8 seats. Their opponent PVV -however grew 700% to now 7 seats. They only beat themselves. That is the story.

@BasEickhout Even if the difference with extreme right is only one seat, the Green-PvdA has become the largest Dutch EU group. A palpable sense of relief! But they will split up in different EU parliament sections for reasons nobody understands.
