All of them agreed to join him in the illegal activity with an intention to earn easy money. The accused persons thereafter approached innocent and gullible people and represented that they possessed special knowledge and could locate hidden treasure buried underground in residential premises. After digging the ground, they planted a sack containing coal along with duplicate gold-coated coins. Further, the accused persons absconded from the place, stating that it would take some time to convert the coal into gold. Hidden Treasure [#GuptaNidhulu] Cheating Racket busted by #Hyderabad Police, Arrested 4 Accused for allegedly #Cheating 11 people of around ₹1 crore, using Fake Gold Coins. The sleuths of the Commissioner's Task Force, Shamshabad Zone, Hyderabad, in coordination with the Rajendra Nagar Police have successfully busted a racket involving cheating of innocent persons on the false pretext of locating hidden treasure (Gupta Nidhulu) buried beneath houses. In this connection, (04) four accused persons were apprehended, property was seized from their possession/at their instance. After completion of his studies he started car’s denting and painting work and earning money for his livelihood. However, as his income was not sufficient to meet his family expenses, he allegedly hatched a plan to cheat gullible persons by claiming that he had special knowledge and the ability to locate hidden treasure (Gupta Nidhulu) buried beneath their houses. Accordingly, Munawar contacted his friends namely Syed Ali Ashraf, Mohd. Haji and Mohd. Salman, and explained his plan to them. All of them agreed to join him in the illegal activity with an intention to earn easy money. The accused persons thereafter approached innocent and gullible people and represented that they possessed special knowledge and could locate hidden treasure buried underground in residential premises. After digging the ground, they planted a sack containing coal along with duplicate gold-coated coins. Further, the accused persons absconded from the place, stating that it would take some time to convert the coal into gold. Speaking to media here on Thursday, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy highlighted case studies on how jobs were given away throwing all caution to winds and violating all set norms and since the DSC was exposed and was blown out, the coalition has stalled the APPSC exams which they planned to recruit in the same modus operandi. Jobs were given to candidates based on participation certificates for tournaments which never took place and termed the DSC as a gem in the list of scams of Chandrababu and many skeletons are tumbling with every passing day from the DSC 2025 cupboard. While Chandrababu has been trying hard to cover up the issue to shield his son, officials were running out of words to defend the allegations and their version that the verification was done seven times before giving the jobs stands out as a joke. Chandrababu and his son mislead the legislature only as a cover up bid. One Basaweshwar Rao claimed that he participated in the 49th Senior Kho-Kho championship held at Gudivada and was given a participation certificate. Though it was a fake certificate officials did not take any action. One Prabhakar of Kurnool district was given a job without writing TET and as per his reservation quota, he should be getting 75 marks but he acquired 65 but could get the job. Officials defended the case by stating that he had written the exam multiple times and they have taken highest mark but the category was jumbled up. There is similar mix up in the case of one Rasool in Kadapa district. We are fighting the issue even in courts as the system is getting rotten with such irregularities and blatant cover up bid.
