Who gave the orders to do it? It's not like 10 people get together over a beer and decide to do this. Someone told them to do it and someone else in the DOJ provided them the means i.e. search warrants or subpoenas to get it done.

I'd love to know which DC judge(s) issued the warrants to obtain those records. And former FBI Director Chris Wray was either incompetent, ignorant or complicit, along with former Deputy Director Paul Abatte. Someone should find out which it was.
