Over 100 soldiers went AWOL after leaving their weapons behind at the site. The decision was made after the commander of the Tzabar Battalion took action. Consequently, they left the base with their personal belongings, leaving behind their military equipment, weapons, and driving back to their homes.

The terrorists fired anti-tank missiles at the troops, activated a number of IEDs and attempted to climb onto one of the troop’s vehicles. Soldiers on the ground directed aircraft and artillery strikes—neutralizing the terrorists and their threats.

The video is released as the Medical Corps provides new data on its activities amid the fighting. The Medical Corps reports that some 7,400 wounded soldiers have been treated during the ground offensive in Gaza. On average, according to the Medical Corps, senior medics reach wounded soldiers within under four minutes during the fighting. In terms of how long it takes to bring wounded soldiers from Gaza to hospitals in Israel, the Medical Corps says that via helicopter, it stands at 51 minutes on average, and with ground vehicles, at 61 minutes. Additionally, the corps says over 1,000 mental health officers have been operating since the beginning of the war, and 80 times they have entered Gaza and Lebanon to meet with troops.

The IDF soldiers took her to the field doctor, they treated her wounds and helped her in every way they could. After they treated her, they brought her to the humanitarian corridor so they can try to locate her family and care for her. Turns out, the child was sent by Hamas into the heart of a war zone to see if the Israeli soldiers were up and alert. Their cruelty knows no bounds. Why don’t you see this story in the press? Good question. If there was ever a story that illustrates the endlessly savage nature of Hamas and the deeply compassionate nature of the IDF, this is it. 🇮🇱❤️💪
