An actual journalist would be asking these questions: 1. Why was there a mad scramble to release the indictment on the evening of Monday, 14 August, well after normal hours, instead of waiting until Tuesday? 2. Why does the DA want such a "lightning quick" trial in this extremely complex case, which has been investigated for 3 1/2 years?
