An actual journalist would be asking these questions: 1. Why was there a mad scramble to release the indictment on the evening of Monday, 14 August, well after normal hours, instead of waiting until Tuesday? 2. Why does the DA want such a "lightning quick" trial in this extremely complex case, which has been investigated for 3 1/2 years?

BREAKING.🚨 The Fulton County District Attorney is found in court to have violated federal law by failing to produce requested records or provide valid reasons for withholding them. Fani Willis has been ordered to release ALL communications she had with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the J6 Committee regarding her RICO case against President Trump. Despite being served on March 11, 2024, Fani Willis did not respond by the April 10 deadline. She later claimed she misunderstood the court’s directive. Willis also argued the demands jeopardized her RICO case against President Donald Trump and his allies. The Fulton County Superior Court granted Judicial Watch ⚖️ a default judgment in its lawsuit against D.A. Fani Willis. D.A. Willis also suffered a massive blow to her YSL case, which she claimed was another "criminal conspiracy." After two years of courtroom battles, the last remaining defendants, Yak Gotti and Shannon Stillwell, were acquitted of murder charges. Fulton County is also defying the Georgia State Elections Board's demand for all documents related to the 2020 election. Fani Willis is having a no good, very bad day.

He did rule, however, that Nathan Wade or her must withdraw themselves from the case.
