The solution to the crisis of criminal aliens receiving SNAP benefits is not rocket science. Require proof of citizenship. That's it. Rep. Jeff Van Drew says they either need to provide an ID and proof of citizenship or be detained and deported. There is no in between: "If you're getting SNAP, that you have to be able to prove your citizenship. If you're not legal, you should be detained, go through due process, and then deported. Period. Even if a person is residing outside India but has not surrendered the Indian citizenship and continues to be an Indian citizen, Indian criminal law will be applicable to them. Therefore, a person residing in Germany would also be amenable to Indian jurisdiction. We have already initiated criminal & civil remedies against Dhruv Rathi. Dinesh
