Good to see audio overviews expanding from just podcasts. I'd like a news broadcast, much like what I listen to each day with BBC's latest news on Android.

I want a narrative overview. Where you can input a paper for example and the AI just narrate it. When it comes to a table or figure, it just describes it. Something like that would be very useful @NotebookLM

If they will cap it 30 minutes it's sucks. Audio overviews first started unlimited and now capped even in english, Video Overviews I had once more than 30 min - now seems capped between 15-16 min.

With that, we could easily synthesize a speech and deliver it to a real person or an AI. And I think we'd get a good result.

day after day, the value of universities as educational institutions is diminishing, as their role becomes merely certification institutions. Their role in research will remain intact for now since that's hard to replace. @elonmusk foresaw this way before LLMs became a thing.

I've heard the audio overview sample.

I've been asking this of the algo for quite some time. It actually gave it to me once or twice, maybe as they were testing. It changes the dynamic and if prompted correctly, transforms the feel of the information being digested.

I welcome this idea. When is it going to be ready?

@NotebookLM drop it for Christmas Or confirm it will come soon. THIS is huge and to me more relevant than the 2 hosts. But please DO give us downloadable transcripts on demand and subtitles. Useful for further exploration and accountability.

How do you get the “Long” option? My NotebookLM doesn’t have that option. What plans are you on?
